Wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, in a great location and they are very accommodating. It’s hard to find places like these nowadays where hospitality is a forgotten concept!

Lovely apartment well maintained and modern and had everything we needed for a few days, really great location right in the centre of everything. The information via QR code provided in the room was very helpful regarding eateries, places to visit etc. We found the room a little too hot and dry during the night

Very clean, air conditioning, option to open windows! very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom! Feels safe - great location in the best spot of the city! No front desk but still easy communication by phone if you have any question regarding the codes to get to the building and your apartment. I traveled with my daughter and definitely would stay there again. THANK YOU!

This is not a hotel. The front door is locked. You must check in before arriving. I had a good room in a good location. Expedia did not send me a link to check in. I arrived after a long flight and spent three hours trying to get a room number and lock code.

Absolutely great location , stunning property and very modern , electric black out blinds on the velux windows , heated floor in ensiute . Really comfortable stay , Only small gripe is the check in times of 3pm , my flight landed at 0800 ,so was carrying bags around prague for 5 hours in the sun and heat !! At no point did it state checking in at 3pm until after booking , half expected somewhere to safely leave bags then the check in time wouldn't have been an issue.. Also very reliant on your phone having power to remember the 7 digit code to access front door and room door also your glasses to be able to read the key pad

The room was clean and a good size. The location excellent, very close to a subway entrance. However, it was difficult the hotel itself because there is only a small sign facing one direction. A larger and more obvious sign with the name of the hotel would be very helpful. Once I found the hotel, everything went smoothly given with the access code. If I had needed help finding the code, it was not clear how to reach a live individual to help me. Also, I was disappointed that the towels were only replaced and restocked every 4 days. The coffee maker was nice but instructions would have helped, as it was a little problematic after the first cup. Finally, some advice about what guests could do to clean laundry. Is there a laundromat in walking distance? All in all, I found the hotel well-cared for and reasonably priced, and I would be happy to recommend it to others.

Excellent location and very spacious. Modern deco but still with a European vibe as it is located in a character building. Clean room, easy check in and keypad entry so you don’t have to carry a keycard. Quiet, clean and comfy bed. Towels could do with a refresh but am nit picking. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was VERY clean and spacious. Wonderful air conditioner going 24/7 to give you a break from the hot summer weather. Comfortable bed and cozy bathtub, I love that the room we stayed in the toilet is separate from the bath tub area. Any issues the host/reception I super easy to get ahold of and they responded very quickly. We only struggle with the electronic lock system a little bit

The location is fantastic! It was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and made exploring Prague incredibly easy. The room was excellent! clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was also great throughout my stay. The only hiccup was at check-in. I had been travelling for quite a while before arriving in Prague and completely forgot to complete the online check-in in advance. As a result, I was stranded outside the building for almost an hour until everything was sorted. That was entirely my mistake and definitely a lesson learned for future trips. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague.

It was amazing staying here! They are very accommodating and replies so quickly. The resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Housecleaning everyday and the place was spotless. The place looks exactly as it is on the pictures and is gorgeous. Would defo recommend and stay here again! Also, this hotel is in the center of Prague close to both the old town and new town (walkable distance - within 5 minutes) and right in front of the metro and close walk to tram. Literally in the center of everything!
