The night before arrival, we got a communication asking about our arrival time. We indicated that we'd be there about 1300. The response was to thank us for the updated time and a number was provided to coordinate with the local representative. We did, no response. We arrived as we indicated and waited outside for over an hour and a half! It turns out that during the initial contact we were provided an incorrect number for the local representative. The local rep was apologetic, but the source of the error and miscommunication (Netherlands phone number) was defiant and telling us there is no problem since check in is at 1500. I understand that nominally check in is at 1500, but if we get asked for an updated time AND we receive a thank you AND an acknowledgement of that time, that is POOR communication!
