We had a very nice and relaxing stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Meters away from public transportation, walkable to major attractions. Will only stay at NH Carlo IV when in Prague!

It's a nice location with friendly staff. It is a fascinating building with a lot of history. The rooms are small, at least the Superior Room.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here! The staff was attentive and welcoming. We used the spa and gym everyday. The location is convenient for walking to main attractions or getting around by tram. The tram and central station are across the street. A few of our favorite dining spots: pho 55, artic bakery, kuchyn, coffee & waffles and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel close to the centre of town but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Great pool, and service was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Many thanks to the NH Team to make our stay so special! Special thanks to the employee, who works the dayshift as a doorman, he always greets everyone with a smile and is carrying for everyone the luggage and always opens the doors all very kindly! Unfortunately, we didn't see his name to give the feedback to the hotel directly! Very special stay we had and enjoyed!

So, its around the corner of the train station Walkable to the astronomic clock (8-10mins) flat Downside: huuuge stairs at the entrance! No ramp!! Also some stairs for some rooms! So if you have mobility issues i do not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is DIVINE Fyi food is not good.. breakfast has a lot of different choices but simple things like eggs (undercooked) or hotcakes (very chewy) were not ideally to eat... other than that the hotel is gorgeous :) Also if you have medicine that needa refrigeration, as in most of europe their minibars arent ideal so always ask for ice if needed
