Excellent room, excellent location and they even accommodated a later check out for us. The interior design is so cool! Staff were easy to contact and quick to communicate. This is my second time at this hotel. Bathroom had a bidet which I really appreciated. Spacious room with a smart tv. Easy self check in. Would love a separate shampoo and conditioner and maybe some more traditional amenities such as shower caps etc. but not necessary 😁

Very inexpensive and reasonable for a very centrally located site in old town. Room furnishings were a bit nattered and worn. Air conditioning was excellent. Bedding was very nice and comfortable. Modern bathroom was very good. A little light on the towels and expected small bar bath soaps for shower. Fixed refillable soap was okay. ✅

Our stay at Aurus was lovely! It is perfectly located within walking distance to everything in the city (if you're walkers like my husband and I LOL!). While the hotel is completely self check-in, the property owners were instantly available whenever we had a question or needed something! It was greatly appreciated. The room itself was also very nice and spacious! We liked how we needed a unique code to enter and we felt extremely safe. Praha is a beautiful city and having a safe place to stay, in the hubbub of it all really goes a long way! The only thing I would note is that the shower did not drain well so we had to pay attention when showering. Very small thing that didn't for one second take away from staying here and booking again if we come back! :)

Room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic in a few minutes walk to everything that we wanted to see. Would definitely stay there again. Do you know that you’re in a very popular true area so it can be a tiny bit loud in the evening when the bars are open so if noise bothers you. Great great place.!!!

Went to Prague for a vacation with my family for a week. This is not a regular hotel with staff onsite but all requests were promptly services by whatsapp and never found an issue with the service. Daily housekeeping service was available. Property is right there near old town square and very near to Charles bridge and other Prague attractions. My family and I really enjoyed the stay there and definitely recommend it to anyone. Only suggestion is to have a microwave oven in the room just in case of any left over food that has to be re-heated. Will definitely stay there for my next visit and strongly recommend to anyone who go for a Prague trip

Hotel Aurus has the perfect location. Everything is pretty much walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay. Although, one night during our stay, the people on the streets were a little loud.
