Decent Hotel, do not expect luxury, it's a place to crash for a night or two at a reasonable price. The room was clean and quiet on Floor 16 of like 21 Floors. It was self-check-in around 6 pm but a very nice young lady assisted me as I couldn't pull up my reservation in the kiosk. First few floors I think is a hostel so there were random people lingering in the lobby. Also, there is not much in this area if you like to walk around it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle and convenience of the touristy area in Old Town.

Room was clean, staff helpful, bar reasonably priced and for the most part it was a quiet night (from about 6am a light sleeper might have had issues). Very clean and convenaient, but it's a factory with thousands of guests checking in and out, so you might wait for tens of minutes at the reception or the lift (since only 2 work for the whole skyscraper)
