I had an early flight and breakfast was later. The staff packed a breakfast to take with me to the airport. The staff was pleasant and the view of Prague from my room was spectacular at night. No bells and whistles at this hotel but the stay was enjoyable and affordable for the location in Prague.

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast alone makes it worthwhile. There were some minor leakage issues with the shower, and the neighbors could be noisy but overall I will prioritize coming here in the future.

It was clean and quiet good breakfast nice staff very gracious despite my poor knowledge of the Czech language. Overall a very pleasant experience. One criticism it appeared to not have an outside area where I could sit down maybe they did have one but I didn't ask and it was not mentioned by the staff. But that's a small quibble

Clean but too warm

The temperature was a constant 23.4 degrees in the room. Absolutely too hot and the staff could not do anything about it for 4 nights and 5 days. The answer was that all rooms have the same temperature throughout the winter season, when the AC was off. The advice was to sleep with the window open facing the busy street. The room offered soap/shampoo solution, towels and bed linen, but lacked skin cream and hair conditioner. Breakfast was okay clean and fresh.

A strange thing to watch is i had 2 different maps on my phone google maps and another app called maps and they bring you to 2 different locations the right location and the wrong location about 20 minutes away from the hotel

Booked this hotel for 6 nights. When I arrived, the air conditioning for the entire building was not working. My room at that time was 25ºC. The hotel rooms do not have windows that can be opened. I was advised that it would be fixed the next day and was given a small fan. Once we were in the room, the temperature increased to 26.5ºC and with the humidity, it was over 30ºC. I stayed for a total of 4 nights and everyday I was told that the A/C would be fixed today. On my 5th day of not sleeping and unbearable conditions, I advised that I had to go somewhere else. Neither expedia nor the hotel would refund my final two nights, due to the room being unrefundable. I think that is outrageous, as I would have stayed if the room was habitable and had no desire to move to a different hotel but needed to get some sleep. Absolutely disgusted with expedia and the hotel for a lack of customer service.

Everything was perfect! A small but modern room with a TV, clean bathroom, fresh towels available anytime, and a nice breakfast selection. Check-in was really fast — no more than 2 minutes — and check-out took less than 20 seconds. Reception is working 24/7. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, or just 8–9 minutes by tram. There’s a Tesco hypermarket about 1 km from the hotel, and several small shops and bakeries nearby.

Hotelzimmer war ok, Personal bei Anreise hätte freundlicher sein können, die späteren waren ok. Parkhaus war voll, Plätze sind sehr begrenzt und Parksituation generell nicht einfach. Hotel direkt an großer Straße, man kann dafür aber in 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt laufen.
