O hotel atende bem no geral, porém a rua em frente é um pouco movimentada, o que acaba gerando barulho, principalmente para quem busca mais silêncio para descansar. O hotel foi reformado, mas ainda precisa ser ajustado para melhor conforto, sobretudo por ser um local de trânsito, que muitos param para ter uma boa noite de sono e seguir viagem. A Internet e TV não estavam funcionando, sem falar que a posição da TV com a cama é incompatível. A colcha de frio estava com um cheiro horrível, provavelmente foi reutilizada, os travesseiros são extremamente finos e o blackout não segura a claridade. O ar condicionado fica com a luz ativada, não sendo possível desarmar pelo controle de jeito nenhum. Entretanto, o café da manhã é bom, bem servido e os funcionários (recepção e café da manha) foram super atenciosos e solicitos.

Pernoite em desconforto com desgaste no chegada.

Hotel fica adjacente ao posto de combustível do mesmo proprietário. Limpeza comprometida. Lençol e colcha da cama não foram trocados. Foi preciso solitarmos a troca. Essa necessidade foi também constatada pela camareira que efetuou a troca. Café da manhã com limitações. A suíte em que estávamos no 2º andar era a melhor acomodação do hotel. Indícios de instalações recentes. O vaso sanitário da linha Deca, mas o box do banheiro com presença de sujeira no rejunte. Sujeira também na base do lavatório. Tudo isso por falta de cuidado na limpeza da parte de quem cabe efetuá-la com esmero e capricho. Falta um elevador no hotel. O hóspede precisa percorrer longo caminho com bagagem, via escadas, e ao longo de corredores extensos. Não temos o hábito de frequentar hotéis nesse nível em nossos pernoites para descanso quando estamos na estrada a desfrutar de viagens turísticas. Ocorre que por um descuido e por falta de opções melhores tivemos que recorrer a esse tipo de hotel. Esperamos não necessitar outra vez de retornar a esse tipo de hotel.

Banheiro fedia muito pedi para limpar não limparam ai reclamei e me trocaram de quarto. No meu andar tinha uns hóspedes que checavam gritando de madrugada, acho que tinha evento no auditório e o pessoal falava alto sem se importar com as pessoas hospedadas, sendo que tinha uma prova de concurso as 7h do outro dia, falei na recepção mas não resolveu eu nada, faltou energia 2 vezes de madrugada. A única tomada para carregar o celular ficava no banheiro. Podia melhorar esses pontos .

Pernoitei no hotel na volta para casa. O quarto não é muito espaçoso, mas a cama mto confortável, lençóis novos e limpos, bem como as toalhas. Desrespeito com o consumidor

Minha estadia foi decepcionante, fiquei hospedada em um quarto próximo a cozinha e na praia do quarto havia um espaço de convivência onde os hóspedes usavam para jogar,ouvir música e fazer refeições até o horário que sentissem vontade. Recepção do hotel não atende telefone sempre ocupado ou fir do gancho, café da manhã sem opções alimentos sem nenhum preparo, encontrei um cabelo na tapioca e informei ao serviço da cozinha que não deu a mínima. Funcionários da recepção não são empáticos ou éticos com os clientes. O hotel atende funcionários de empresas e alguns deles se apresentam no cae da manhã com uniformes com grande sujidade. Não há nenhum controle por parte do hotel. Não volto com certeza.
