Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

Nice property Beware of the Taxi drivers that say their credit card machines are working and then get to your destination and hoot and holler about the machine not working. Then request to take you to the ATM to take cash out. Happened twice to me at this hotel.

Hotel managent has lost connection with the earth!

Terribly old hotel, old and unpleasant rooms, I completely do not understad who decided to award this hotel with 5 stars- I would give it maximum 3 stars. Basic, old, used furniture, dirty walls in the rooms missing basic amanitis which are standard in 5 times cheaper places, such as bidet in the bathroom, bag for dirty clothers, slippers, not to mention a bathrobe. Two small samples of body wash for double occupancy of the room was not enough to clean half of my chest, for sure not to take complete showers. No shampoo or body was dispenser on the wall, so common in majority of hotels nowaday. Now the biggest joke- we wr offered to watch old movie (Mamma Mia or Johny the Bean) for only 130 PLN which is much more than 30 USD. Parking cost almost the same amount ("just" 120 PLN)- that is why I think management lost connection with the earth. . No breakfast buffet, just choice of 6 dishes, scrambled eggs served half an hour later cold, even though that it was just two customers in the breakfast room. Guy served us with no upron, in private jeans and private jacket. It is not something you expect from 5 stars hotel, it is more motel standard. Far from old market square. Very nice and polite front dest personnel but it is not enough for us to return.
