The water in the shower was almost cold and the temperature kept fluctuating. Even the water from the sink in the morning was completely cold. I complained about it, and a staff member came to my room and explained that the hotel regulates the water temperature so that it does not get too hot, presumably to save money. The result was that you either took a cold shower or did not shower at all. I first reported the issue on a Sunday, and the receptionist informed me that there was no maintenance staff available on Sundays. That is simply not acceptable. Guests should be able to take a proper shower regardless of the day of the week. The breakfast was also quite disappointing for a Hilton hotel and did not meet the standards I would have expected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel, staff and location were excellent. Arrived early so left luggage until check in,brilliant. Big room with big windows, very good air conditioning, lovely big shower in a well laid out bathroom. Desk, lounging chair, kettle and hot drinks. Strong WiFi. Good soundproofing. Only thing we did not like was breakfast dining. Even though the reception area was lovely, it was uncomfortable to eat in. Good for lounging but not for eating....in our opinion. Plant based milk and margarine available. Very nice hot chocolate (dairy) Attentive, friendly staff.

This is a lovely hotel, close to the old town but far enough away to escape any late night noise. The rooms are small but comfortable and I absolutely loved the bathroom products. I managed to keep the room at 18 degrees which is my ideal temp. The breakfast buffet options were more than adequate with lots of hot & cold items. The staff were friendly & helpful. I would deffinitely stay here again

Great location for walking to Old Town and Central Areas. Both for shopping and sightseeing. The Hotel is nice and stylish. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. With enough place to put clothes and items. Tv's are as usual out of date with no casting receptability, but this is like all other hotels. The breakfast has a good selection and is beautifully presented. The staff is amazing and very helpful.
