The motel unit was well enough equipped, with kitchen and linen. The staff was helpful in accommodating our need to access the space before regular check-in times. We could not make the TV streaming services work. The website information did not represent the pet policy and pricing.

Nice big family room, clean. Wasn't aware we'd be charged $15 extra per child, were only a family of four, you pay more to have a family room then get changed again. The beds need updating, could feel all the springs, saggy mattresses, if that was fixed id be more willing to book for more then One night, I'm glad we could only get the place for night, as I didn't sleep well at all. Bed are so important. Also we asked for a late checkout, 12 pm, request denied. Not surprised.

Nice flowers, quiet location. Only thing that was not ok is the owner taking pictures of both sides of my credit card and driver’s license to store on her computer. After I complained she erased both.

Nice location and the property looks clean. No rack or soap stand in shower room; hot water run out at the beginning of shower on the 2nd day, very unsetting; the land lady said the fuse jumped but all the plugs work fine at the time.

We booked a cottage. Although it was marketed as having kitchen facilities, the amenties were lacking, there was not even a coffee maker or can opener and all the cooking pots and dishes provided were in poor condition. Certainly this motel could benefit from some updates, but the manager was friendly, accessible and the cottage was very clean.

Good for guys , wife will raise eyebrows

Very affordable motel, it was the best price and very limited rooms available in Powell River when I booked. I got exactly what I expected that I paid for. One bed was fantastic, my son‘s bed was a little harder. The ratings was more for the black Areas around the tub that were covering the bottom two tiles of grout. Other than that, I had no complaints. I was in room four.

I thought the property was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable, however we were charged extra per person which wasn’t maxe clear during our Expedia purchase this bumped the price a fair bit and I felt like it wasn’t transparent enough.
