The room was very clean. The staff extremely helpful. Great location by the ferry and downtown. We liked it so much we stopped in here and stayed again on our way back a few days later. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is completely renovated with high end finishes. Steps away from the ferry walking distance to a few restaurants. I stayed for six days and I will return.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, the hotel seems like it was somewhat recently renovated, finishes were nice. There is no elevator in the building so we had to walk up the stairs to the second floor for our room - it was fine for us but might be a deal breaker for someone with reduced mobility.

Overall the hotel was great. Room was clean and renovated bathroom was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what we needed. Reason for 3 stars was the noise. You could hear every door open and close, guests in other rooms sounded like they were in our room and when people walked down the hall it actually shook our bed. The vibration woke us up a few times in the night. To be fair, I think there could have been a bachelor party happening or a team staying there. At least it sounded like it. Listing could be updated to not say sound proof rooms.
