Apesar do acanhamento do quarto, a limpeza é rigorosa , tem um chuveiro maravilhoso, ar condicionado, Tv, escrivaninha e frigo bar,e porta com abertura digital. O café da manhã tem frutas, pão de queijo( esse não poderia faltar na mesa do mineiro) café, sucos(sempre 02 tipos) presunto, peito de frango, muçarela (deliciosa) queijo frescal delicioso, gelatina, kefir, pão francês, sanduíche natural, bolos, etc. A simpatia dos(as)recepcionistas, das meninas do café, da faxineira, também é um ponto a se destacar com louvor. Próxima estadia com certeza ser no Hotel Ferraz.

Estivemos no hotel para uma noite, pré prova 100 milhas que acontece em Pouso Alegre. Tivemos uma recepção muito bem prestativa, não tivemos nenhum problema em relação ao hotel. Quero agradecer aos gestores do hotel por proporcionar check-out após o horário devido o termino do evento, estornando a multa para todos atletas que estavam hospedados. * Uma observação e sobre a melhoria dos travesseiros, devido a correria não levamos o nosso, mas são bem pequenos para o conforto em uma cidade que é bem gelada.

O quarto era bom, limpo e bem confortável, porem 6.40 da manha começou um barulho terrivel ao lado da janela maquinas batendo abrindo buracos e quebrando pedra impossivel descansar. Cafe da manha o horario era ate as 9.30 porem 8.45 ja nao tinha quase nada. Ate o pao frances ja nao tinha mais. Nesse horário o cafe se resumia em umas fatias de pao de sanduiche e uns 2 a 4 fatias de bolo muito fraco mesmo.
