Stayed for the pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast. All was fine, the breakfast was great. The door to our room wouldn't open normally, but the lady at the front desk knew right away what to do. It was pretty quiet. Kids loved swimming, and the beds were clean and comfy.

Had the sink and toilet both clogged, they upgraded us to a better room! The hotel breakfast is by far one of the best I have had at staying in hotels! Clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Always enjoy staying there!

There were so many good things about the hotel. Rooms and pool were clean. They had big pump soaps and lotions in the bathroom. The breakfast attendant was working so hard and she did a great job. The only thing I would change is there needs to be a little extra seating for breakfast. Maybe an extra room with a few tables and chairs close to the dining area The reason is there was a big group that were sitting there chatting after they were done eating and new people didn't have any were to sit.

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was fine except for the fact that no one was ever at the front desk. They were always in the office off to the side. You’d have to stand there for a bit before they would hear someone out there. Maybe a bell to ring might help? The breakfast was nice. We went up to ride the Back of the Dragon rd but besides that. There isn’t really anything to do there in November. We booked a stay Frid- Mon and checked out a day early. We were bored but nothing to do with the hotel.

It did not meet the standards of a Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed here many times; this time, we saw a marked difference in the condition of the property. This property isn't maintained as you would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was the best part of this hotel.

All of the employees provided true southern hospitality. My complaint was that there were a large number of children there with sports teams, and they were loud! The rooms didn’t have enough sound attenuation to compensate for all the kids running and yelling up and down the hall.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The bed was excellent! But the air conditioning did not work properly, high humidity in the room. There are ongoing issues with water at this location. Because I’ve stayed here before and experienced problems. On a previous visit, there was no water in my room, and I was unable to take a shower. On this visit, the first day, I took a cold shower because there was no hot water. Before checkout, I tried repeatedly to reach customer service to request somebody to help me with my luggage, but was unable to get through. I tried repeatedly for 30 minutes. Major issues, however, are air conditioning and water.
