“The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

“Had a great time as a family with two young children. The reception, lounges and bar areas were fairly modern and bright. The kids loved the entertainer that was on 8-10pm. Breakfast was nice. The pool area and rooms were dated, our room over looked the pier, which was lovely, The hallway and rooms could just do with decorating and brightening up but wouldn’t stop us from staying there if going away for a night in Blackpool again.”
