For one bedroom suite amenities lacking. 3rd day no housekeeping service which i was expecting. Didn’t use spa tub which should have been replaced. Very dated and broken looking. The setting was very pretty with river view and breakfast hot and good. Front desk man at check in was very helpful. Was not worth the money i paid to stay there. Really needs a makeover. Could be very beautiful.

There was lots of parking, the staff were very kind and helpful, even upgrading us to a room with a view without even asking. They also provided pen and paper when asked.The view of the creek was a lovely place to enjoy our complementary breakfast. Unfortunately the carpeted floor was damp and left dark residue on our feet. The room also seemed to smell of mildew but the air conditioning worked very well.

I knew it was an older property, and we chose it solely for its location to our family members. Our room was not in great shape- stains on walls, cracks on ceilings, fixtures (outlets, toilet paper holder, etc) not fully secured to walls. Towels had holes in them. WiFi wasn’t the best. I did not complain to staff and I would stay here again only because it is a great location. I just thought of it as a camping trip. The A/C did work great in the room, especially with it being overly hot for this region of the country.

1. Property is desperate need of upgrade. Nice location, has great potential. 2. Booked two rooms, two nights each. Very dated, very musty smelling in hallways and rooms. 3. Windows hadn’t been cleaned in forever, dirty and spiderweb filled. Hallways in particular. 4. One room was serviced, one was not. Went down to get more towels, the guy at the desk went back to a room and came back and said all out since they were all booked up. Uh no. Half filled parking lot. And when the housekeeping room was open in the morning, there was plenty in there. Even if it was booked, what, you have to pull all the dirty linens, wash them and put them back in the rooms? Come on. Accent also difficult to understand. 5. The room we stayed in: A. Had an open bar of soap in the shower B. Toilet seat has some black stains/marks on the seat C. Had a lightbulb out. D. Tv kept going from normal to just audio. Frequently. You’d have to shut it off, and mess with it multiple times to try to get a channel back. E. Breakfast bar - no 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee (some places don’t, no biggie), but had whole milk in a metal carafe, so figured that was close enough. Put it in the coffee and smelled like it was turning. So didn’t even test the food.
