A very nice property. Even though the buildings are older, the owners have done a nice job updating the rooms. Provided me an inexpensive stay while dropping off my son at Clarkson.

Very clean room. Everything worked well - Keurig area in the room was well-stocked, nice-sized fridge that had a dedicated freezer space in it which was perfect, free bottled water provided and everything was very clean! Fast and easy check-in, location was quiet, which surprised me because it is located on a busy road. As a solo female traveler I did feel safe there.

Nice, affordable place to stay in Potsdam. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked great (the temperature was in the 90s, so this was an important feature). Good water pressure and hot water was HOT! No frills, just nice people running a family, and pocketbook, friendly motel.

Very clean Motel close to center of Potsdam. Staff was very helpful. The only improvement I could suggest is to have curtains in the bedroom. Light was pretty bright. I will definitely be back Thank you

Price was reasonable. Check in\out was expedite. Location was secluded within acceptable distance for bicycle commutes or an easy car drive. I was unclear on the procedure for a misplaced room key and road/traffic conditions were problematic for cycling within 2 miles from town

It's a nice roadside motel with lots of charm and wonderful staff. The rooms are cozy and well equipped. The location is great if you need to stay in Potsdam. I would 100% stay here again.

Nice motel

We stayed two nights for my granddaughters graduation from Potsdam. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. They offered a nice breakfast and the decor in the office dining area was nice and homey.
