If you visit Positano, PLEASE stay here! You’ll not regret it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, a bit extra for us, since Swiss airlines lost our luggage’s for 3 days and the hotel front desk went the extra 100 miles to help us get it back. We super appreciated their help! The location is superb! Across the Da Vicenzo restaurant, which is a must. And 5 minutes downhill to downtown Positano. The view from the room during breakfast is breathtaking! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. Next time in Positano, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The only good thing of the hotel was the view. Beautiful views from the room’s balcony. The rooms pretty small, the shower box was extremely small, just like a cruise. They didn’t have shampoo, only shower gel that served as shampoo as well pretty terrible. The conditioner is extra small, not enough for two people and they don’t replenish it daily. I had ti call to get more and received one small bottle which was not enough for two. Breakfast was served at the balcony and had to choose the items the night before, Not a good variety of selection. They would always forget something and we had to call to get it. The servers from room service were nice. We had a problem with our transportation due to road block and our taxi couldn’t arrive and in reception since we didn’t choose their services wouldnt help us much. They wouldnt borrow the phone to make a call and told us that there was no other taxi service in positano, ehich was a lie. Overall I expected a better service from the hotel because it was expensive. Honestly, I would not go back to the hotel or recommend it to a friend.

Incredible experience and friendly staff. Room was ready prior to check in, view was amazing and they organized a private transfer to Naples. Not to mention breakfast delivered to the room each morning. When we come back, we will be staying here again for sure!
