We loved staying here! Loved that it had a full kitchen, and the location was perfect! We could park the car and then not have to worry about having to drive around. We stayed in town to enjoy the Prescott Park's outdoor theater (within' walking distance) and was easily able walk around to find places to eat or shop around. We also loved the rooftop table and seating area. When we are in the area we will be back!

Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim) Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going round and round on any request before maybe escalating to a real human. The human then chooses responses from an AI menu. It's absolutely awful. The AI sends many many pre-scheduled messages and responds with insulting platitudes that don;t help at all. One night I watched three different frustrated parties unable to get into their rooms and the garage. One woman didn't;t know she was communicating via text with a computer. Also: 1. No decent coffee. There are a lot of Keurig pods, but they are gross. There is no drip maker, French press, or Nespresso. 4 star? 2. No full length mirror- just a small bathroom vanity mirror 3. Plastic disposable cups in bath, as in Motel 6 4. unlabeled and unidentifiable shower toiletries (is it shampoo, conditioner, soap?) 5. A thermostat that is externally controlled (you can move it a few degrees up or down- that's it.) Our room was freezing, and despite asking many times, we could not turn the AC off. 6. No bathrobes/slippers 7. No bowls in kitchen
