Port inn tops all the other hotels in this area I have been going to Maine every year for the last 15 years. None of them compare to this one in Portsmouth.. Especially for pet friendly hotels too! Rooms are clean as well and bathroom too with having plenty of toiletries. Staff and the maintenance guy who swapped out our tv were exceptionally kind.

A nice quiet inn close to the interstate, but far enough away to avoid the noise. This place was cute! The rooms were far more modern and clean than we expected. The pool made my kids happy. The breakfast area was adequate, my kids crushed pancakes and juice. Can't ask for more than that I suppose. Everyone was friendly. Also the fridge and microwave in the room were unexpected; it had basically a little kitchenette. That was nice as we traveled with a lot of food and leftovers for the kids.

The room was clean and convenient to Portsmouth. It was located on a very busy highway and the noise was noticeable. We also had a minor issue with the water that resolved quickly. The staff was helpful and polite. The stay itself was good overall.

The room was of a nice size and very comfortable. Though quite near a busy road, there was absolutely no intrusive sound. The temperature control was simple to operate and otherwise satisfactory. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool looked very nice. Not luxurious but certainly more than adequate for a restful night.

Overall the stay was ok. The beds and towels were clean but the rooms themselves were dated and a little rough, I would have preferred it to be a bit more clean. The refrigerator barely worked, the door was broken off the little freezer so the condensation was dripping water all over the inside of the fridge. The area is quiet, and the staff was friendly, so that was nice and they allow dogs for $30 which was necessary for us. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, it works as a backup plan but pretty pricy for the quality.

Port's desk staff made us feel welcome. We enjoyed takeout on the patio while relaxing during a calm evening with ideal temperatures. The full breakfast left much to be desired, though. I poured coffee which was so weak that when another guest bumped me while I was putting on the lid spilling the coffee down the front of my shirt, it dried without staining. The offerings did not appeal, so we left for both Elephantine Café and Lil's Café. All told, Port was a comfortable and quiet stay close to Pease and Kittery...

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The entire facility is clean and inviting, our room was exactly what we needed and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely lovely and unexpectedly comprehensive. Not to mention we were a 2 min drive away from everything we hoped to do. We will certainly be returning the next time we're in town.
