The front desk was amazing - Ben - He was friendly, efficient and empathic. I was exhausted from a long trip and he made the check in process easy and fast. The room was fantastic. We did room service in the morning and the breakfast was to us quickly and it tasted great!

Great location for exploring the town

Overall very good - great location for walking into the town, very comfortable, and the Staff are super friendly. The only issue was that our windows were not at all clean on the outside so it made it difficult to see the view. Otherwise, would highly recommend for a visit to Portsmouth.

We have stayed at this property before some years ago. Since that time, Sheraton has really upgraded the whole experience for guests. A pleasant entrance with a full bar and seating area in the background presents a welcoming tone from the beginning. The Staff, always ready to help with a friendly smile, deserves praise for attention to details.
