Typical hotel. Clean. It was pretty quiet when we were there which was nice. Pool was nice. Just wish they would provide linens and towels for the number of people staying (without asking).

Recent installation of door locks, the card reader on many of the doors did not work properly at times. There is supposed to be an app you can use to open the doors, but I didn't try it to see if it works. Overall, it is a clean and decent hotel for the price.

Breakfast was enjoyable when it was there. Confused as to why they stopped serving 45 minutes before closure times on two of our days. Leaking AC unit continued through the stay. They brought in a large fan that we turned on when we were not there. The room definitely had a musty odor. Not sure how long it will last

Homewood’s Inn & Suite is a very nice, well-maintained, & friendly staff. I stayed for two nights for an out of town wedding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and seem less. My room was roomy and clean with all the necessities included. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of food. The shuttle bus service was an added bonus & the convenience of the C&J bus station .3 miles away was perfect for my travels to and from the airport in Boston. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I return New Hampshire.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now because how much I like it. They just changed the thermostat in the room and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust it. Otherwise very comfortable and clean.

The handicap shower wasn’t great as water goes everywhere onto the whole bathroom floor making it very slippery for crutches. We had to wipe up the entire floor but figured out a way and placed rolled up towels at the edge so the water stayed in the shower. The bathroom tile wasn’t very clean and seemed very outdated. The breakfast area was being renovated so we didn’t get to see that area. The handicapped parking area didn’t have any ramp access at all and was against a high curb so you had to walk or roll a wheelchair behind the parked cars to get to the hotel entrance when there is a sidewalk that was right in front of of the handicap spots. The parking lot was very full and also shared with Margaritas Restaurant patrons. The handicap spots were almost always full and we had to park way across the lot most days. The staff was very nice and we liked the bigger kitchen area in our suite.

Even though the hotel was undergoing some rennovations, we never heard anything. Our room was newly renovated, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Definitely will return when visiting the area again.
