Definitely quiet, the staff was friendly. The rooms furniture was chipped, dented, and stained. The non stick pots in the kitchen were flaking from over use and abuse. The room was disappointing and one of the worst and most expensive homewood suites rooms I've seen to date.

Ive been going there coupe years my friend had contract for a year and stayed during that time. During that toime I got to befriend cindy. She was was the hotest withe momstest Just AMAZING!! I miss her face. But on top of that yr staff is always friendly and great to talk to. You pick the right ones thank you!! Oh and u have eveytjomg a person would neef

The staff was very helpful- Erin at the front desk helped us with early check in and later that night we had an issue with our key getting lost and they were also there to assist us at a very late hour.

I loved that the bedroom walls weren’t adjacent to another suite. Very quiet space. Close enough to the freeway to be convenient without hearing traffic noise

Did only thing I like was the location. The Hotel rooms need some serious updates. Matress was terrible. Bathtub very deteriorated. It could be cleaner and had a musty smell. Garbage in hallway near elevator was very unpleasant. Breakfast was good.

Adequate hotel. Nice facilities and location. The TV remotes didn't work and I had to climb up to unplug it from the wall. There was mildew in the bathroom, I notified the front desk but nothing was done. Not enough sheets in the room for the pull out bed and had to call down for more. Morning breakfast was short-staffed a few times and hard to get utensils and plates, no waffles are served on weekdays FYI.

Half the reason I stayed here was for the pool, but it was closed when I got there. plus I fully understand hotels doing renovations in the winter, but the smells were super strong to the point where I couldn't breathe in the elevator.

The sheets on our bed were so old they are falling apart and don’t fit the bed anymore. It was aweful. And I payed for a 2 queen bed room suite and got a king.

The room we were given smelled of mildew mixed with whatever the previous guests had left in the fridge. The staff was unable to transfer us to a different room or find a fan; their only solution was to spray febreeze. No amount of airing it out worked. I don't know if it was just our room or the entire property since it was full to capacity. We left after one night.
