The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable with a memory foam topper. For the price it was good. the location was close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. However, it is an aging property, and the wallpaper was peeling and the couch had old stains.

The rooms had a very strong cigarette odor, the room did not seem to be cleaned- there was an empty alcohol bottle we found when we were cleaning after our stay. There was a large hole under the bathroom sink, the rug was not vacuumed, and the pullout sofa bed was broken. There was no elevator so we had to carry a wheelchair up and down the stairs. Unfortunately it was not a great stay. But the staff was nice.

I like the fact that all the stores and restaurants are real nearby, the rooms could use a better cleaning especially the fridge the pool was not available we should have been notified or been posted on the web page
