This hotel is rated far too highly! The service at the front desk was terrible. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. The customer service was extremely poor, and the rooms were in terrible condition and clearly not well maintained. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the bed linens were old and worn out. When I complained, they simply said, “That’s just how it is,” and refused to do anything about it. I paid for insurance that would have allowed me to stay another night, but I have decided to give up that option and move to another hotel instead. Terrible experience! I sincerely hope I never have to stay here again.
