Pessima. Meu check in era 14h eu estava a trabalho, cheguei no hotel 21:00 quando foi 21:30 a energia acabou apenas no hotel. Toda a vizinhanca tinha energia. Esperei 10 min e nada. Cheguei na recepcao ja tinha varias pessoas reclamando. Disseram que tinha sido a terceira vez no dia. A emergia voltou cerca de meia hora e caiu novamente la pelas 10:15, fui dormir sem ar, quarto quente, so foi voltar a energia la pra 1:45 da manha.

A localização é boa porém é bom para uma estadia curta (dois dias no máximo), a parte externa é muito bonita. Fomos em varias pessoas e todos não tiveram boas experiências com a qualidade dos quartos, acredito que seria necessário uma boa manutenção para uma melhor estadia. Sobre o café da manhã gostamos muito da tapioca, estava maravilhosa, meus parabéns para a mulher que faz.

Razoável, poderia ser melhor, em alguns detalhes, como por exemplo os colchões eram velhos e bem sujos, o cafe da manhã deixou a desejar, tinha muita variedade porém muita coisa industrializada como tortas, gelatina e suco salgado, cuscuz doce enfim, mas em compensação quero destacar o atendimento excepcional do Neto e Bruno!! Hotel a fugir se viajar fora de excursion

Ja fomos neste hotel ha 12 anos atrás, era bem melhor. Pedimos no site hotel.com um quarto com uma cama queen, na verdade era 2 camas de solteiro, se separando durante a noite. O quarto ficava ao lado do bar da piscina, muito barulhento. Não entendo porque o hotel autoriza os clientes a levar o som próprio na piscina até 22h00! A energia caiu e voltou mas ficamos sem tv e agua quente durante quase 2h00 no final da tarde. O puxador do banheiro não tava fixado e ficou na mão. Não tinha toalhas de banho qdo chegamos,teve que pedir. Limpeza mais ou menos. Ainda bem que na recepção o pessoal falou que era considerado com quarto de luxo!! Café da manhã repetitivo. Ponto positivo, a localização, perto da agitação de Porto Seguro. Não voltaremos mais neste hotel!
