Good Hotel

The common areas are the main highlight of the hotel, with an oceanfront location, a large deck overlooking the sea, and bungalows in sunbathing areas. The pool is also good. However, the room, at least mine, deserves some attention and refurbishment.

Not worth the price. I paid 1/3rd for a similar hotel down the street the week before. Their scan Q code for food service doesn't work. Said I wasn't a guest. But they took my money for the room. So you had to run track down help to order. Battled bugs in the room. Overall very disappointed. I think this was supposed to be a nice hotel

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

A hospedagem foi ótima, ótimos funcionários, localização maravilhosa, café da manhã ótimo, porém a quadra de tênis necessita de manutenção ( falta bomba p regar, pouco saibro e um bom profissional para realizar a manutenção ) , se a viagem for para divertir na quadra de tênis, não foi legal, nos deixou a desejar

O hotel é extremamente limpo, contudo, as instalações do quarto estão muito velhas, janelas emperradas. O café da manhã tem muito a melhorar, com exceção das tapiocas, o resto parece comida dormida, deixa MUITO a desejar. A insatisfação maior foi venderem um quarto com vista pro mar. Não é vista pro mar, apenas uma janela emperrada com vista pra piscina. Pequena. Achei enganação. Elogio o atendimento do Wesley e os demais, todos os garços atenciosos.

O hotel é excelente, localizado em frente a uma praia muito bonita e calma. Gostei demais das instalações (muito limpas por sinal) e de todos os funcionários, que são super educados e gentis. Um agradecimento em especial aos funcionários: Kelly e Ítalo da recepção; Antônio e as duas Raíssas do restaurante; Tia Lua da recreação (esta extremamente carinhosa e alegre, meu filho a adorou). O hotel possui instalações maravilhosas. Os quartos são grandes e bem confortáveis. Possui, também, uma área bastante arborizada. As sugestões de melhoria que deixo são: aumentar a quantidade de bangalôs (são bem concorridos); incluir, no cardápio do restaurante, a opção de pizza; e aumentar a quantidade de brinquedos no parquinho, já que tem bastante espaço livre para isso.

Atendimento da recepção péssima, apenas um rapaz foi educado. O restante, uma ma vontade e falta de educação, principalmente o Italo, não olha no rosto das pessoas, extremamente grosso. A limpeza do quarto estava questionável, precisei pedir para trocar os travesseiros, pois estava com cheiro muito ruim, ate a moça da limpeza foi rude, ao pedir essa troca.No check Out fomos questionados sobre a cerveja do frigobar, a qual não havíamos consumido e a atendente duvidou da nossa palavra, sendo que meu sogro nem consome álcool. O único atendimento que foi bom, foi do restaurante, os meninos impecáveis e atenciosos e a comida bem feita. A localização também é boa, mas com a experiência do péssimo atendimento, com certeza não voltaremos e também não indicaremos a ninguém.

Limpeza muito fraca, precisa melhorar significativamente. Camareiras precisam ser orientadas sobre não bater na porta enquanto estamos dormindo e não ficar conversando no hall dos quartos. Alguns detalhes relacionados a estrutura poderiam ser menores, como escada da piscina quebrada, tampa do vaso do nosso quarto pequena, relo do voz entupido, entre outros. Ponto positivo é a educação da equipe, todos muito solícitos e a disposição.
