Pros: Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast, game room, pool. Con: the only negative was the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t that good. Having said that, around the pool area, lobby, restaurant worked much better. Definitely would recommend this place.

Atende perfeitamente

Limpeza muito boa, acústica ótima, localização muito boa. Fica um pouco afastado da praia, mas perto de muitos comércios. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o estacionamento. Como hotel estava lotado durante a minha estadia, não tinha vaga para todos os carros e tive que deixar o meu carro em um beco ao lado do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom. Voltaremos a hospedar.

Poderia ser melhor

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da praia , e as acomodações são relativamente novas, mas precisam de alguns ajustes. Chuveiro , por exemplo, não tinha uma boa ducha ( forte) . Água saía com dificuldade, e notei que precisava de limpeza, porque tava entupido alguns furinhos onde sai a água. Outra situação é com relação ao estacionamento do hotel, que fica cheio e quem sai à noite e chega mais tarde , fica sem um lugar para estacionar, tendo que colocar o carro muitas vezes numa rua de barro ao lado do hotel. Café da manhã também está deixando a desejar, com poucas variações pra quem fica mais dias no hotel. Precisa-se diversificar os itens do café, na minha humilde opinião.

Pelo preço achei que seria melhor.

Hotel é bom, mas tive dois problemas, o rapaz que fica na sala do café é muito mal educado, ele pegou a tampa da panela de ovo mexido que minha esposa estava pegando e enquanto ela estava pegando o ovo ele colocou a tampa na panela com grosseria, fui conversar com ele e ele disse que faz isso com todo mundo e ainda disse que não vai mudar, falou na minha cara que vai continuar fazendo igual com todo mundo, bem sem noção, devia estar num dia ruim pois nem bom dia respondeu, muito arrogante na resposta dele, o único problema é que se ele pega um hóspede que também está tendo um dia ruim aí da m. O estacionamento não comporta se o hotel estiver cheio, tive que voltar todos os dias da praia antes de 17:30 pra poder achar vaga, assim aproveita menos das praias, e de noite tive que sair de Uber pra jantar ou ir ao centro ou ir passear na cidade, com receio de chegar e não ter vaga . Os atendentes da recepção sim, são bem educados e prestativos, gostei.

O hotel tem uma boa aparência, fica em um lugar bom e a equipe é muito educada, mas o restante não é bom. Cama é desconfortável, o colchão já está desnivelado do uso. Frigobar barulhento, tivemos que desligar ele durante a noite, alem disso ele estava embolorado por dentro. O pior de tudo, sem dúvidas, é o barulho. Foi a união de pessoas sem noção e estrutura do hotel. Ficamos no primeiro andar, o corredor é muito grande, logo ficava muito barulho quando as pessoas andavam e conversavam (e como conversavam alto). O quarto não tem isolamento acústico e as paredes não muito finas, conseguimos ouvir a vassoura no apartamento de cima. O ar condicionado é direto na cama, mesmo regulando e colocando no 28, você congela.

No geral o hotel é bom o quarto era bom dá espaçoso com roupa de camas boas. Não gostei foi do café da manhã havia alguns produtos de baixa qualidade. Mas pelo preço e a proximidade da praia vale a pena.

ÓTIMO CUSTO BENEFÍCIO.

Muito bom Hotel, tudo muito novo e sempre muito limpo. Ótimo custo benefício. Caso o hotel esteja em sua lotação máxima, terá problemas pra tomar o cafe da manhã, pois é pequeno pra quantidade de hóspedes e o estacionamento não comporta. Piso da área da piscina PERIGOSO principalmente para crianças pois é MUITO ESCORREGADIO. ATENÇÃO!! Antes de me hospedar li comentários sobre isso, de crianças saindo de lá precisando de levar pontos na boca por conta de queda, e infelizmente presenciei uma cena dessas.
