Great location for the Arraial d' Ajuda area. Easy walk to town ( uphill ). Close enough to walk to water park. Coffee shop across street. Steps to the beach. Pool was always clean and centered on the property with beautiful views of garden. Staff was friendly. The beach in June was super calm, hardly any people during the week. Even on the weekend it was still calm. The apartment itself was perfect. The windows open to the most beautiful views of property and ocean. We visted in June so the weather was perfect and we left the windows open most of the day and even in the evening. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes. Bring your own coffee filters. There is a grocery store in town where you can get anything you could possibly need or want.

A localização é muito boa, fica a 5 min da praca Sao Braz(Praca de alimentação) e de frente pro mar, uma area muito tranquila. Praticamente nao usamos a piscina, mas a area de lazer é linda, tem churrasqueira e ponte sobre a piscina. O jardim é lindo e voce acorda com o canto dos pássaros. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, lencois e toalhas com um cheiro agradável e o Marco, gerente, nos recepcionou e deixou bebibas de cortesia na geladeira. Uma estadia excelente. Pretendo retornar e super recomendo!

Bem legal.quarto casal seria perfeito se tivessem cama maior. Cama de casal não eh legal. E poderiam não economizar em qualidade do papel higiênico e pelo menos tirar os lixos todos os dias. Uma vez que a limpeza do apto se dá a cada dois dias.

Um bom lugar!

Local agradável, bonito, localização boa, beira mar e bem completo. Os funcionários que tive contato foram solícitos e atenderam tudo que precisei. A limpeza é de 2/2 dias, mas muito bem feita. A cozinha é bem completa. Tem padaria, distribuidora de bebidas e farmácia muito próximos. Só o estacionamento que achei ruim para a quantidade de carros, quem chega mais tarde tem trabalho para estacionar, mas os vigias ajudam a resolver.

Desastre !!! O que era para ser aniversário da minha sobrinha e meu de casamento , se tornou pesadelo - o síndico Marco mau educado você não pode deixar cair uma faca no chão que eles reclamão , o vigia da noite insuportável você não pode nem falar que ele já vem com regulamento na mão e manda você parar , fomos bater parabéns para minha sobrinha e chegaram os 2 gritando conosco em frente meus filhos e nos mandou embora se não iria chamar a polícia - foi a maior humilhação que já passei em frente aos meus 2 filhos , tivemos que no dia seguinte procurar um outro lugar pois não me senti mais seguro ali- o vigia da noite e sinistro . A apostilas de regras parece mais um livro de medicina com aquelas centenas de páginas , se você é alegre feliz e extrovertido ? Com certeza l não é lugar para você ! Cuidado !!!!
