Excelente equipe, ótimo café da manhã. Na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto (217) que estava com um barulho muito alto do ar condicionado de outro quarto, estava refletindo o barulho nesse quarto. Porém, na nooteseguinte a equipe nos trocou de quarto e ficamos muito felizes. Ótimo atue.

Atendimento ruim

Atendimento era frio mas agora passou a ser MUITO RUIM. Passei por situações desde solicitar um prato e um talher e ser negado à me colocarem num apto com cheiro forte de mofo, solicitar a troca e o recepcionista negar. Tive que dizer que denunciaria o hotel para o cidadão me colocar em outro apto. É impressionante como os funcionários estão orientados pela direção/gerência para só dizer não aos hóspedes. Estou sempre indo à Porto Seguro a trabalho mas neste hotel, DEFINITIVAMENTE, não me hospedo mais.

Cheiro de mofo

Quarto limpo porém o cheiro de mofo foi terrível. Tentei mudar de quarto mas o outro oferecido também estava com cheiro muito forte. Local limpo, fui bem atendido, mas quem tem problemas de alergias respiratórias, não recomendo.

Hotel um pouco caro pelo que oferece..

O serviço de check-in foi meu complicado, não é feito pelo hotel mais por um app bem enjuado de mecher, garagem para poucos carros mais a localização permite deixar nas proximidade, café da manhã com bastante opções porém o horario poderia começar um pouco mais cedo, os corredores necessital de melhores informações o hotel é um labitinto rs do mais sem mais resalvas

Ótimo Custo-Benefício

No geral minha experiência foi boa, o hotel é bem localizado, dá para ir andando até a passarela do álcool e a balsa...O café da manhã é ótimo e a área da piscina é muito boa, inclusive o restaurante do hotel serve pratos muito bons e com um preço bem acessível, destaque para as meninas que trabalham no restaurante do hotel, que são super simpáticas! Pontos negativos: os quarto em que ficamos era em cima da recepção, com vista para a rua e nos informaram que era silencioso, mas pelo contrário, é bastante barulhento, dá pra ouvir perfeitamente tudo que se passa na rua, então para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde, não recomendo ficar nos quartos da frente. O Wi-fi não pega muito bem dentro do quarto, mas nada que não dê pra usar ... No geral, o hotel é muito bom e um ótima opção pra quem quer ficar perto de tudo.

Estadia razoável, porém muito distante do que exigiram de valor. Se querem cobrar quase 700 dia, tem que oferecer o mínimo de conforto possível. Ar condicionado não esfriava direito Quarto com arrumação velha Wi-Fi lento Quarto sem telefone, quando precisei de informação tive que descer até a recepção. Não colocaram que o estacionamento é por ordem de chegada, meu carro teve que dormir na rua.

Hotel simples mas com bom atendimento

Hotel com acabamento simples, porem como bom atendimento, wifi não funciona nos quartos e sinal de celular tb não, cafe da manha muito bem feito, equipe do hotel nota 10, sempre diposto a ajudar. Pra quem gosta da noite não precisa de carro para ir para passarela do alcool a 5 min do local porem e longe das praias.

Péssimo custo benefício

Hotel sujo, muito antigo, mal cuidado e com preço exorbitante no réveillon. Toalhas e roupas de cama velhas. Muitas muriçocas, espelho do banheiro quebrado, registros sem acabamento. Café da manhã simples e a baiana da tapioca não existe. Os quartos próximos da avenida possuem um barulho insuportável para dormir. Só me hospedei nele por falta de opção e por causa da nota aqui no aplicativo, mas a nota não representa as instalações do hotel. O hotel fica no centro, mas longe das praias. Algumas avaliações foram ruins, mas as pessoas não souberam dar as notas corretas. Em Porto Seguro existe um infinidade de hotéis melhores com preços próximos.
