A pousada Villa Zena é simplesmente incrível. Desde o check-in fomos muito bem recebidos, e todos os funcionários são extremamente educados, carismáticos e atenciosos. Um destaque especial para a Cris, que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais acolhedora. ✨ O quarto é amplo, espaçoso, muito bem equipado, com ar-condicionado, TV, frigobar, cafeteira e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Além disso, estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado. O café da manhã merece um elogio à parte: excelente! Muitas variedades, bolos deliciosos e diversos preparos feitos na hora, tudo muito saboroso e caprichado. A localização também é ótima, bem próxima da balsa e de fácil acesso. Há mercado logo em frente e a pousada fica em uma praia menos movimentada de Arraial, o que para nós foi maravilhoso, trazendo ainda mais tranquilidade para a viagem. O serviço de praia, bar e restaurante é impecável, e tudo o que consumimos estava muito bom. O Joel nos atendeu todos os dias com muita atenção e simpatia. Sem dúvidas, foi uma experiência excelente. Com toda certeza voltaremos e recomendamos muito. Nota 1000/10!

De maneira geral gostamos da pousada e voltaríamos. Foram sempre atenciosos e prestativos. A unica ressalva foi para a musica e atendimento na praia. Não deveriam cobrar couvert artistico dos hospedes ja que estão hospedados no hotel e nao têm outra opção senão ouvir a musica ao vivo, que no meu caso na maioria dos dias não agradou. Com relação ao atendimento na praia, mesmo nos dias mais vazios, poderia ser mais eficiente. O cardapio do restaurante é bom e os preços condizem com os praticados na região.

A Villa Zena é uma pousada frente ao mar, cujos destaques são além da localização, a piscina maravilhosa, os quartos confortáveis, o excelente bar e restaurante na praia, com ótima estrutura e cozinha ! O café da manhã é uma delicia, quase tudo feito na casa pelas meninas. O bolo "Pedacinho do céu" já é motivo para voltar. Outro grande diferencial é a simpatia de toda a equipe, começando pela Rosane na recepção, as Patricias, o pessoal da praia, Joel, Nilton, Damires, Mickael, Gleice, enfim todos realmente empenhados em atender bem e nos fazer sentir em casa.

A pousada é muito bem estruturada, quarto legal , cama maravilhosa, travesseiros tudo limpo. O banheiro estava com um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, e água do chuveiro não esquentava. Café da manhã de segunda-feira e de terça-feira estava faltando tudo, tinha q ficar pedindo as coisas, ja na quarta-feira estava bem completo e diversificada. Tem um café da tarde com bolo ou bolachas de cortesia. O mar estava bem agitado, com bastante ondas, não aconselho para criança. Pegamos um dia de sol, os outros dias só chuva .

A pousada é pé na areia e tem todas as comodidades, como restaurante, serviço de massagem (incrível, por sinal) e estacionamento. A vista é linda para a praia, os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e educados e a limpeza foi nota mil. Amamos! Foi a nossa lua de mel e não poderia ter sido mais perfeito.
