O quarto estava bem limpo e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem, porem o banheiro precisa de atualizações. A area comum é ampla e a piscina é excelente. A comida é excelente porem faltou cuzcuz afinal é um hotel no nordeste.

Experiência razoável. Vale apenas pela proposta de área de lazer grande. Boas piscinas. Para por aí. Recreação fraca. Quartos bem simples. Fomos colocados num quarto sem a menor condição de ficar. Após reclamarmos com o gerente fomos colocados em outro quarto ligeiramente melhor. Café da manhã bem simples . O cardápio do hotel é bem fraco, variedade e preços tanto que não animamos fazer nenhum pedido pra refeição. Não voltaria.

O Hotel tem graves problemas de estrutura, primeiro pegamos um quarto com muito mofo , coisas quebradas e com um cheiro de esgoto muito forte, após reclamar na recepção nos trocaram para um quarto melhor (aparentemente tinha sido reformado), porém o cheiro de esgoto persistiu. Serviço de café da manhã com pessoas extremamente mau humoradas e mau educadas (pontos fundamentais para quem trabalha com público). A parte boa do Hotel fica por conta do espaço da piscina (embora não tenha guarda vidas) , e a equipe de restaurante que fica na parte da piscina comandada pelo gerente Rodrigo pratos muito bem preparados, rápidos e higiene são o ponto forte, aliás parecia ser a única equipe de bom humor no Hotel. O valor cobrado pelo hotel nao vale a estadia.

PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE TIVE COM HOSPEDAGEM

Eu e minha família não conseguimos ficar sequer 24h no hotel. Chegamos às 23h30 e logo pela manhã do dia seguinte já estávamos decididos a sair dali o quanto antes. Nesse pouco tempo, percebemos que o hotel não tem condições mínimas de conforto e segurança. Não consigo relatar tudo detalhadamente, mas para resumir, nossos quartos estavam com cheiro forte de ESGOTO e de mofo, os espelhos estavam mofados, tomadas quebradas, azulejos rachados, piso do banheiro quebrado, cuba rachada, janela do quarto com vidro quebrado, roupa de cama suja, chuveiro ruim, porta papel higiênico quebrado, buracos nas paredes, cupim nos móveis e acabamentos dos quartos e dos corredores do hotel, frigobar e móvel estufado e úmido, manchas no teto, paredes e pisos, portas tão mofadas que nem fechavam direito, móvel do banheiro quebrado e caído, áreas comuns sem manutenção, mal cheiro e sujeira nos corredores e na sala de bagagem e ausência de extintores nos locais determinados dos corredores do hotel. Nem sequer o café da manhã condiz com o anúncio. A variedade dos itens era muito inferior às imagens, inclusive com uma limitação de duas tapiocas por pessoa. Precisei falar com 4 atendentes da hoteis.com, ao longo de 4h, mas consegui o cancelamento da reserva que englobava 2 quartos, diante da propaganda enganosa do hotel. Documentei TUDO. Conheci pessoas que narraram situações parecidas e estavam doidas para saírem de lá tanto quanto eu. Então, para ser sucinta, NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LOCAL PARA NINGUÉM.
Local em que DEVERIA ESTAR o extintor (registrei ao menos dois pontos assim).
Quadra do hotel, com a conservação equivalente ao resto do estabelecimento.
Maçaneta e porta do banheiro.
Móvel do quarto.

Péssimo local para ficar com a familia

O hotel é péssimo. Quartos sujos, móveis velhos, banheiro sujo, toalhas furadas, embaixo das camas tinha muita poeira acumulada. Tudo bastante sujo e sem conservação. A parte externa é o que salva, não é novo, mas meu filho amou e brincou muito. Solicitei um berço para meu bebê e não fui atendida. Café da manhã uma zona! Não vale o preço cobrado, muito caro para o que entrega. Não voltaria e nem encomendo a ninguém.

Café da manhã bom, localização boa, porém, algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. Não tinha ferro de passar roupa, sanduicheira para misto quente no café da manhã, interfone do quarto não funcionava, banheiro bem velho (com infiltração no teto) todo com mofo. O hotel é grande tem centenas de quartos.
