Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

Ok for a one night stay

A bit difficult with the lack of English here. The couldn’t find our reservation to get through the entrance gate (while in our uber). There was no explanation about any amenities on check in (no communication except us filling out a form with passport info, which was in English). The view from the pool area was lovely. Most areas seem to need upgrades (pool decomposition in areas and tiles, the rooms are very dated). Drinks were not too overpriced. Overall, ok for a quick one night stay before leaving for the airport at 3am.

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

Pior hotel que já vi

Péssimo atendimento, funcionários despreparados, instalações ruins precisando de reformas, difícil comunicação com gerentes, café da manhã sem graça e com poucas variações de alimento. Falta de atenção e entendimento de como tratar o cliente, não havia informações sobre o Carnaval, pontos turísticos, atrações, festas, restaurantes, simplesmente algo fora do comum que eu nunca vi tão ruim... O cofre não tinha uma tranca e estava todo enferrujado, não havia um menu falando sobre os ramais da recepção ou gerência, um cardápio, informações sobre almoço no hotel ou refeições extras. PARA SE TORNAR UM HOTEL RUIM AINDA TEM QUE MELHORAR MUITA COISA... SIMPLESMENTE DECEPCIONANTE

Hotel muito bom, mas faltaram alguns detalhes. Em local de praia é essencial um lugar dentro do banheiro para secar roupa. Não havia sequer lugar para pendurar a toalha de banho. Muitos quartos penduraram a roupa para secar na rede da varanda, trazendo um aspecto ruim. Em relação à equipe do hotel, todos muito atenciosos
