Localizaçao muito boa,limpeza ótima,cafe muito bom , area externa muito boa. Falta tomadas no quarto tem somente uma, falta local para pendurar roupas molhadas, falta cadeiras e mesa de trabalho,o cofre esta quebrado, falta movel para colocar malas, poucos canais de tv,internet nao existe em nenhum local do hotel,sauna muito fria e com cheiro forte sem essencias.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Pontal, os colaboradores são muito gentis e prestativos, hotel muito aconchegante, café da manhã é uma delícia, a localização também é muito boa, fica pertinho da praia e próximo ao Churrasquinho do Dinho que é muito bom, tem ponto de táxi próximo ao hotel também. Pontos a melhorar é a internet que é péssimaaaa, liberar mais canais na tv, desentupir os buraquinhos do chuveiro e a torneira fica muito rente a pia, com isso acumula muita água no canto da pia e você perde um espaço para colocar utensílios como escova de dente e afins.

Localização excelente, comércio perto, perto da praia, mas o Wi-Fi do hotel péssimo, para sair entrar do hotel um sistema horrível toda tinha que ir na portaria pedir para abrir o portão, café da manhã sem reposição do que tinha acabado, ficava só pão, presunto e queijo,

Foi boa. Perto da praia (as badaladas toa toa, axé moi e barramares) variedade no café da manhã. Minha sugestão é colocar mesa com cadeiras na varanda do quarto. Abrir a piscina e sauna mais cedo. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Porta do box do banheiro não fecha e molha a área "seca". Ducha higiênica fica pingando. Paleta do ar condicionado quebrado (não dava para regular). Funcionários cordiais.

Fui muito bem recebido no hotel, aproveitando toda a equipe nao tenho nada o que reclamar. adiantei meu check-in em razão do horário do voo sem problemas. A estrutura do hotel é ótima! uma piscina MARAVILHOSA e um bar na piscina que dispõe de varias opções no cardápio e um ótimo atendimento também! As fotos da piscina estão antigas ela foi reformada e esta muito melhorRecebi auxilio da recepção quando necessário inclusive em dicas sobre passeios e ate contratação de alguns. A localização do hotel é ótima, conta com um restaurante/pizzaria do lado que auxilia muito por nao haver almoço e também pra facilitar comer a noite quando resolve ficar no hotel. É muito próximo da barraca toa a to, que inclusive íamos andando, e conta com uma ótima praia menos movimentada pertinho do hotel. Ponto de ônibus e táxi muito próximo. O quarto achei simples com uma televisão um pouco pequena. o quarto também só tinha duas tomadas, uma atrás de uma cômoda que voce tinha que arrastar e uma dentro do banheiro. O wifi nao funcionava no quarto, nao chegava nem perto, na piscina funcionava mais a qualidade nao e a melhor infelizmente. Café da Manhã MARAVILHOSO, literalmente nada a reclamar. Fiz questao de especificar as coisas aqui por que sempre contrato o hotel baseado nas recomendações e sei da importancia, portanto acho que fiz minha parte.
