A Chave que mantém a luz acesa não encaixava direito em um dos quartos. A acessibilidade é parcial, visto que há degraus no hotel dificultando a locomoção de pessoas com deficiência. Precisa melhorar a manutenção: a limpeza dos box's do banheiro podia ser melhor. Havia vazamento de água nos vasos do banheiro. Mas a localização é boa.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia, pelo custo benefício valeu muito a pena. Tive problema com meu vôo e cheguei no hotel as 3:00 da madrugada, quando na verdade era pra chegar entre 16:00/17:00 do dia anterior, o que não aconteceu.por tal motivo tive que pagar 80,00 pra poder entrar pro quarto pois o chekin é + ou menos até às 15:00, fora isso tudo perfeito

O hotel é bem antigo e aparentemente esta passando por mudança de rede. O quarto é simples, contava com 2 camas, uma de solteiro e uma de casal. Conta com ar condicionado e um frigobar, que vc pode abastecer com o que vc quiser. O banheiro é chuveiro elétrico. A porta do quarto ainda é no sistema de chave e não no eletronico. O hotel fornece toalha e cobertor. O cafe da manha é gostoso, mas são as mesmas opcoes todos os dias. As fotos do site estao desatualizadas, nao tem mais bar na piscina, então se vc quiser curtir piscina, recomendo que compre suas coisas antes. O hotel tem sauna, porem nao esta funcionando. O hotel empresta ferro de passar e secador pros hospedes, mas no sistema rotativo. Tem otimo potencial para ser um hotel excelente, porem precisa melhorar em muitas coisas, pequenas na grande maioria.

Gerenciamento precário

Apos a primeira limpeza do quarto senti falta de um objeto, pedi a um funcionário que procurasse na lavanderia pois poderia ter ido por engano junto com a roupa de cama que foi trocada, mas não foi encontrado, falei com o gerente Pablo, ele fez pouco caso e não quis apurar o acontecido.Quem furta uma vez vai fazer de novo.

Preço condiz com a realidade do hotel

Pegamos esse hotel para esperar o horário do voo, que era de madrugada. O hotel é bem antigo e poderia fazer uma reforma, mas vale o valor, era um dos mais em conta que encontramos. O check in é bem cansativo, cada hóspede tem que fazer no seu celular e preencher vários campos, sendo que o atendente fica olhando pra sua cara sem fazer nada, ou seja, não agiliza em nada na viagem.

Experiência horrível, se puder não se hospede lá!

Experiência terrível desde o dia do check-in no dia 19/03 a 26/03. No dia do check-in chegamos la 13:00 e o horário para entrada era 14:00, porém só liberaram o quarto +ou- 14:40. Estavamos com nossa filha de 3 anos e precisavamos trocá-la e dar os cuidados que um bebê necessita e não tiveram empatia. Disseram que não estavam achando a reserva, só foi resolvido depois que fiz ctt com a ajuda da hotéis.com que ligou lá. Questionei sobre o horário e o funcionário me disse que o horário era a partir das 14:00 e não precisava estar pronto as 14:00. Eu disse que não achava justo e ele apenas disse que tinha que aguardar! Durante a estadia o ralo do esgoto do chuveiro entupiu e saiu agua pelo quarto inteiro. E fui pedir para trocar o quarto e disseram que não tinham outro disponível. Voltei no quarto e avisei minha esposa, ai voltamos na recepção e perguntei se o gerente estava ai disseram que ele não estava, ai me perguntaram pq e disse que era nosso direito trocar de quarto pois o mesmo havia sido todo infectado por agua de esgoto e tinhamos um bebê, ai os atendentes do dia foram super mal educados e ficaram discutindo com a gente, um rapaz e uma moça, a moça ainda ficou rindo e debochando da nossa cara. Após ver a discussão o gerente "apareceu" e disse que não tinha mesmo outro quarto. Iriamos sair e ficamos na porta esperando o uber e do nada o gerente veio e disse que iria trocar! Trocou por um pior. Péssimas condições de conservação. O sr. da manutenção foi super educado.
