A limpeza das instalações do hotel é péssima. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar: talheres sujos, sanduicheira quebrada e extremamente suja, vidros imundos e banheiro com resíduos deixados por hóspedes anteriores. Não indico o hotel. Permaneci menos de 6 horas no local apenas dormi, pois cheguei de madrugada e precisava descansar. Pela manhã, tentei tomar café, mas não havia condições mínimas de higiene. Ressalto ainda que a diária não foi barata, o que torna a experiência ainda mais decepcionante.

Período: 05/01 a 09/01/2026 | Casal com um filho de 7 anos Hotel grande e espaçoso, porém com estrutura muito antiga e manutenção claramente insuficiente, o que impacta diretamente a experiência do hóspede. Nossa estadia foi de 4 noites e 5 dias e a avaliação geral é nota 3/5, atribuída principalmente pela cordialidade dos funcionários, que foram sempre educados e solícitos. Logo na chegada não houve serviço de maleiro e ficamos em um quarto distante da recepção, sendo necessário subir escadas carregando toda a bagagem. O quarto apresentava manutenção precária, apesar de limpo. O guarda-roupas era muito antigo, com aparência de mofo, o que nos fez manter as roupas nas malas. O banheiro tinha chuveiro com pouca pressão e box de vidro quebrado, molhando todo o ambiente. A varanda não possuía iluminação e, mesmo após solicitação, o problema não foi resolvido. Além disso, não há qualquer tipo de proteção na varanda, o que representa risco para famílias com crianças. Durante a estadia ocorreram situações inadmissíveis: em uma das noites fomos acordados por uma goteira intensa caindo diretamente sobre a cama, comprometendo completamente o descanso. Em outro dia ficamos sem abastecimento de água, sem condições mínimas de higiene pela manhã, sendo necessário solicitar água à equipe. O problema só foi resolvido à noite. O café da manhã é extremamente básico e, em vários dias, faltaram itens essenciais como pão francês, sucos e iogurtes, alé

O hotel tem boa localização. É aparentemente bonito, muitas plantas, jardins bem cuidados. O café da manhã é normall, mas atendeu à minha necessidade.Há muita organização na limpeza, mas achei o colchão bem usado, precisa renovar. A iluminação do meu quarto deu problema, mas eles resolveram em parte. Gostei dos produtos de higiene que deixaram no quarto. Acho que o hotel precisa de algumas renovações, mas é agradável. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, prestativos e dona é muito receptiva e resolveu o que precisávamos. A Cris da recepção e o William foram excepcionais no atendimento.
