Os funcionários são ótimos, o quarto é simples mas tudo aconchegante. A tomada do quarto estava estragada mas assim que reclamamos já resolveram o problema. Tinha uma cerâmica quebrada em frente a cama que meu filho quase machucou que precisa ser trocada urgente. Fora isso tava tudo ótimo.

Quarto impecável, bem limpo, bem espaçoso e ar condicionado de qualidade. A equipe é excelente, o Estevão nos recebeu com muita educação e foi muito solícito. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro e prontamente ele se organizou para resolver o chuveiro que não esquentava. A equipe da cozinha no café da manhã também muito organizada . Sempre que acabava um item, elas iam rapidamente repor pra todos os hóspedes conseguirem se alimentar. O café da manhã não tem muita coisa, mas é muito saboroso. No geral, a hospedagem é muito bonita, muito bem localizada (melhor se você estiver de carro) e a equipe é muito boa.

Eu achei o café da manhã muito fraco , não tinha iogurte de nenhum tipo , não tinha pão integral, tapioca .O estacionamento era bem iluminado e seguro . Na saída estava chovendo e o hotel não tinha guarda-chuva e eu fiquei toda molhada , sem falar que estava no final do corredor e ninguém nos ajudou . Fiquei num quarto próximo ao café da manhã e tinha um cheiro de fritura horrível! Outro aspecto que me desagradou é que o apartamento tinha um mau cheiro no banheiro .

O hotel é super bem localizado, só atravessar a pista e estamos na praia. O apartamento que ficamos tinha sala, cozinha, dois quartos e banheiro. Foi possível servir como base pra os outros membros da família que o quarto não tinha cozinha. Os atendentes são super prestativos e atenciosos. Só que no último dia o box do banheiro estorou em mim e tive que levar 7 pontos. Sei que fui um incidente, mas fica a dica de fazerem a manutenção mais frequentemente. Fora isso, eu voltaria sim.
