Restaurante terceirizado sem opções (só prato feito), péssimo. Transporte público precário. Acomodações boas excluindo a limpeza do banheiro ( azulejos/box encardidos e limpeza diária do banheiro insatisfatória.

Localização boa, mas a estadia nao estava em boas condições, limpeza do chao ruim, vaso entupido duas vezes, chuveiro queimou, banheiro e chuveiro meio encardidos, e olha que nao sou enjoada, restaurante muito bom que nao e da pousada, os atendentes sao bons, tudo que aconteceu resolveram na hora, mas acho q não voltaria a fazer negocio, pelo valor, ta tudo bem, da proxima vez vou me instalar no centro, cafe da manha e bom!

Foi o melhor hotel que fiquei ate hoje em Porto seguro, so deixou a desejar o estacionamento pois os próprios hospedes nao respeitam as vagas, questionei um dia pois tinha 3 carros ocupando 6 vagas e o porteiro disse que nao era serviço dele, mas tirando isso foi excelente, hotel top, limpeza top, café da manhã muita opção, localização excelente, parabéns.

Pessima experiencia

Pessima experiencia, chegamos no dia 26/01 e iríamos ficar até o dia 02/02 mas antecipamos a saída para o dia 28/01 e fomos para outro hotel, cozinha de pessima qualidade, pedimos uma pizza no dia 26/01 e a mesma veio fria e com ingredientes de má qualidade, no quarto a geladeira estava mofada, banheiro sujo, colchão de pessima qualidade, ar condicionado não funcionava bem, café da manhã sem variedade nenhuma. Minha esposa não foi bem tratada pela funcionária da recepção.

Melhor hotel de Porto Seguro

Sempre que vou a Porto Seguro fico no Mutá Hotel, todos que trabalham lá super solícitos e simpáticos, o restaurante da Aline com comidas maravilhosas super saborosas e a mesma um amor de pessoa! Hotel super limpo, todo dia chegava no quarto estava cheiroso, tudo com muito cuidado e atenção. Café da manhã impecável como sempre, e a Katia sempre prestativa! Fora a localização excelente, de frente para melhor praia de Porto! Sempre voltarei!!

Quartos com bom tamanho (2 adultos e 1 criança), banheiro pequeno, muutas formigas no quarto e na area esterna, lenço rasgado e sem elástico (fica saindo do colchão), chao sujo, bkindex agarrandk e box com limo. Cafe da manhã simples. Piscina limpa. Toalhas só trocam a cada 3 dias.

o Hotel é bem localizado, a socia muitp agradavel e os funcionarios tambem, cafe da manha simples mais muito gostoso. Apenas uma queixa, mais que no entanto nao impediria de voltarmos. é sobre a limpeza do banheiro. achei um pouco descuidado, com muita sujeita no azuleijo e o vaso sanitario tb precisa de mais cuidado. Mais no geral a estadia foi boa, a localizaçao do Hotel é otima em frente pro Mar e proximo das melhores cabanas de Coroa Vermelha.
