Razoável, podendo melhorar!

Sauna, horário impróprio, das 15:00h as 17:50 apenas, quem faz um passeio, não pode usar no retorno, não dá tempo. Ar condicionado sem regulagem, muito frio, sem condições durante a noite. Sucos do café da manhã, com muita água, sem consistência e sabor, horrivel, economia não inteligente. Senti falta de um ovo frito ou omelete, tinha apenas ovo enchido com gosto de farinha. Pessoal do restaurante um pouco arrogantes, como se estivessem nos fazendo um favor. Pode melhorar.

Hotel muito ruim no atendimento , pessoas mal preparadas e desqualificadas , o preço é muito caro pelas instalações , crianças correndo as 21.30 no arredores dos apartamentos a aonde reclamei com o rapaz da recreação e mesmo disse q poderia correr dentro de todo hotel até as 22 hrs , muito desagradável , piscina com o som estridente , de modo geral não recomendo este hotel !!

Escolhemos o hotel pela comodidade com as crianças, mas... a cozinha do bebe hora não tinha luz, o microondas tava infestado de baratas, o quarto com um colchão péssimo, pedimos mudança de quarto q não foi atendida. Atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Não indico. Não pretendo usar novamente.

Hotel estilo excursao CVC. Tem boas atracoes mas é um péssimo hotel para descansar. Péssima experiencia como hóspede. Tudo é cobrado e sujeito a taxas, exceto estacionamento. Cobram pela toalha extra de piscina, cobram se voce colocar uma água comprada fora do hotel no frigobar. A cereja do bolo, foi o recadinho deixado por baixo da porta na madrugada do dia do check out, alertando a cobranca de taxa caso a saida ocorresse apos o horario determinado. Hotel tao cheio de regras desnecessárias que faz parecer uma colonia de férias. Qualidade ruim de roupa de cama (lencol furado) e toalhas de banho. Limpeza razoável. Pontos positivos: equipe do hotel educada e cordial, bom servico de atendimento na piscina e nos restaurantes. Comodidade de utilizacao da barraca do hotel na praia. Considerando todos os pontos apresentados, nao gostamos da experiencia.

ótima estadia. Café da manhã muito bom. ótima programação pras crianças. localização excelente. atendimento sensacional. Nas terças tem o beach inclusive na barraca da praia que é imperdível. bebida e comida boa à vontade. Compensa muito jantar no hotel pois a comida é maravilhosa e o preço é bom (self service) tem que melhorar o sinal da internet e colocar uma máquina de café expresso.
