The bed was incredibly comfortable,the hotel grounds are beautiful. Super convenient for the airport. Food was delicious. We honestly wanted to stay for longer but had pre-booked our next part of the journey. Highly recommend.

Começou o meu desapontamento logo no início pois estava escrito que o Hotel tinha translado, ao desembarcar no aeroporto a noite falaram que o translado é somente no retorno para o aeroporto e não na chagada. Minha reserva tinha meia pensão, cheguei as 22:15 e não pude receber a janta pois já tinha fechado o restaurante ás 22:00, e não havia lugar nem para pedir comida para entregar, resultado: Dormimos com fome. A estrutura do quarto não é compatível com a foto do site pois os movéis são antigos e velhos, poucas tomadas, o chão é ensebado a luz do banheiro estava queimada. Café da manhã razoável poderia ter mais opções e variedades. O transfer para a praia é muito mau humorado,achou ruim quando o mesmo retornou para buscar a gente na praia e nosso prato não estava pronto e dispensamos ele. Na hora de levar a gente no aerporto ele mal se quer olhou na nossa cara. Ao assistir o jogo do Brasil no restaurante do Hotel a comida estava muito ruim carne dura tanto que larguei no prato e olha que paguei meia pensão, mas não valeu a pena, durante o jogo percebi um rato passando no telhado do restaurante bem perto da televisão acho que precisa ser mais organizado e limpo o local. Resumindo o hotel precisa de muitas melhorias a gente vem de longe para ser bem recebido ter uma boa alimentação e descansar com conforto mas infelizmente não condiz com muitas fotos do site. Fica dica para voces! E sobre o funcionários sejam mais receptivos e empáticos com o hospédes! Espero que melhorem.

Mi experiência fue una muy mixta. El hotel es hermoso sin duda alguna. Tiene unos paisajes hermosos los cuales ayudan a una relajación increíble. En cambio el servicio recibido y provisto por los empleados del hotel no fue el mejor. Desde que llegamos a la recepción, el trato no fue el mejor y las instrucciones para encontrar la habitación no fueron claras. Nadie se ofreció ayudar con todo el equipaje que llevábamos. Tampoco se nos proveyó información para el wifi como hacen en todos los hoteles. Pensamos que la información estaría en el cuarto y no fue así. Tuvimos que volver a recepción a buscar la información. Los empleados que estaban sirviendo el área de la barra en la piscina tendían a desaparecerse cuando veían que los huéspedes se iban acercando a hacer algún tipo de pedido. Para hacer cualquier tipo de pedido, teníamos que buscar entre los restaurantes para poder encontrar a los empleados y a la hora de hacer los pedidos parecían molestos al tener que atender a los huéspedes. La piscina era hermosa, pero lamentablemente en los días que estuvimos hospedados no se le dio el mantenimiento necesario y el agua estuvo sucia. La internet en el hotel (wifi) no es la mejor. Si precisa de wifi para trabajar o realizar cosas importantes, tenga esto en mente ya que tiende a desconectarse demasiado o la señal de la misma deja de funcionar. Los desayunos brindados en el hotel fueron buenos y con gran variedad para elegir. En resumen hermoso lugar con un servicio pésimo.

Equipe um pouco perdida, reservei pelo site com meia pensão, no primeiro momento me colocaram a pulseira errada, só depois descobri que não tem buffet de jantar, era os pratos do cardápio (só a comida) tive que pagar a bebida separado (refrigerante, suco, qualquer bebida). O café da manhã era bom, mas o restaurante é quente, deveriam explorar a parte externa. Os funcionários do estacionamento são queridos. Da recepção precisa melhorar, não mostram as acomodações, não sabiam sequer o horário de funcionamento da academia do hotel. Não valeu o preço que foi pago.

O quarto tinha barata na cama de solteiro que provavelmente foi esmagada quando meu sobrinho sentou na cama e ao puxar o lençol para se cobrir um mal cheiro de esgoto podre tomou conta do quarto, houve um pouco de demora para trocar nosso quarto, fomos para outra suite que não estava devidamente 100% para nós acomodar, faltando roupa de cama de solteiro, não tinha secador, a sacada estava suja, não tinha wifi no quarto.

Tinha um cofre que a cada 30 segundos emitia um sinal sonoro (creio que fosse a falta de bateria), reclamei 3 vezes e nada de resolverem, com isso tive uma péssima noite. Some isso ao fato da cama e travesseiros terem destruído minha coluna e o possivelmente contribuído para a noite de sono piorada. No café da manhã, às 7h00 não estava tudo servido e como brinde vimos o péssimo clima que tem na equipe, que estavam brigando na frente dos hóspedes. Peguei o hotel apenas por 1 noite e pela proximidade do aeroporto, era apenas uma estada rápida numa viagem maior, acabei me arrependendo.
