Conveniently located just a short walk from the boat crossing, but about 15 minutes from the main, downtown area of Arraial d'Ajuda. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Unfortunately this property is too expensive for the value it offers. The property is very old and not upgraded at all. Many things broke during our stay: toilet, tv, door lock. And the stuff was very unresponsive to our request to change rooms or cancel.

The property itself is nice however no direct access to the beach like other nearby hotels. It is the closest hotel to the ferry and to a couple of the dining options by the ferry. When we arrived (at 3:00 PM), they did not have a clean room for us and we had to wait around for an hour before receiving a room. In addition, the next day, our room was not cleaned at all until asking mulitple times at the front desk for someone to provide new sheets and towels for us. The hot water is really nice at the hotel. Bed sheets are VERY thin. I like that the rooms have hammocks outside of them to rest outside. Our wifi did not work in our room so we always had to be in common spaces for wifi to work or out on our hammock.

O hotel é bonito, bem localizado, está precisando de reparos. Além disso, achei a equipe com muitos novatos e ainda mal treinada. Não tinha um guarda-chuva para os hóspedes irem até a lancha para atravessar para Porto Seguro. Por outro lado, a equipe foi muito gentil em nos permitir tomar café um pouco mais cedo já que tínhamos um passeio agendado. Também nos serviram um café de cortesia na piscina. Um pequeno gesto, mas que cativa. Sobre o quarto, tem um bom tamanho. Agora os lenços precisam urgente serem trocados para outros de melhor qualidade. Parece que dormimos em plástico.

Nos hospedamos em família, o hotel é uma excelente opção para quem quer ter uma vista privilegiada, quarto simples mas funcional, e com rede ! Diversas áreas de descanso, muito boas. Excelente local para se conectar com a natureza, agradecer a Deus pela deslumbrante natureza, Hotel cheio de cantinhos especiais… A facilidade de estar do lado da balsa te traz bastante agilidade tanto para quem quer passear em Arraial como em Porto. Vc deixa o carro no hotel e travessa de um lado para outro de maneira rápida e gratuita … Funcionários do hotel muito atenciosos e educados, permitiram late Check-out, o que nos permitiu curtir mais uma tarde de piscina … Enfim … Só tenho a agradecer !

Quarto pouco arejado, a janela do banheiro que dava para o corredor de entrada, mesmo acesso a todos os hóspedes, estava estragada e tivemos que colocar uma caixa para tentar ventilar. A parte janela do quarto dava para um quadrado cimentado e colocaram uma cortina de esteira para tampar a claridade mas sem ter como abri-la, dificultando secar nossas roupas de banho e o quarto ficava com cheiro forte (voltava o cheiro de esgoto), roupas de cama e toalhas ruins. Cama de casal pequena e colchão macio demais. Por duas noites choveu muito e tinha água por todo o corredor de acesso aos quartos e só era limpo após as 8h da manhã, enquanto isso passávamos e molhávamos os pés. Café da manhã ruim, pães duros, bolos com abelhas sobrevoando, nunca vi hotel na Bahia não oferecer é muito menos não ter tapioca. Área externa com uma linda vista do rio, pôr do sol maravilhoso, mas necessita tbm de reforma nos pisos e estrutura. Chuveiro com água bem quente e ótima pressão. Localização do hotel é boa, próximo a balsa e vans que vão para o centro, facil acesso à praia, limpeza em geral ok. Não indico e nem fico mais neste hotel e olha que perguntei antes se tinha reformado os quartos pois já havia lido coisas ruins sobre. Acreditei neles e me senti enganada. O hotel parece que está largado.

A piscina de hidromassagem é maravilhosa. A comida e drinks muito bons, mas extremamente caros, os quartos são excelentes e a limpeza tb. O maior inconveniente é a distância que fica do Arraial, pois é preciso ir de manha(as praias perto do hotel são péssimas, bem como as barracas do local); e tb a noite, para passear pela cidade.
