Primeiro fala que tem estacionamento mas não tem, é na rua. Paguei mais por ter estacionamento comparado a outro lugar. Cama ruim, é uma cama box conjugado com um colchão ruim em cima. Banheiro ruim, abre a torneira para de sair água do chuveiro. Água que saiu da torneira cheia de ferrugem. Café da manhã ok.
