A limpeza e café da manhã muito boa, a piscina também! Tive problemas com disjuntor onde ar condicionado e luz não estava funcionando e tive que chamar a recepção para resolver, a TV não funcionou nenhum canal e esse problema era para todos apartamentos e estavam aguardando a equipe da TV a cabo para resolver, em 3 dia não foi resolvido. Pra vai utilizar somente para pernoitar uma vez que vai ficar o dia todo na Praia, porém deveria ser mais barato devido as condições do hotel.

O quarto com bom espaço, porém notamos bastante mofo no teto e no banheiro. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que pingava dentro do quarto, necessitando de manutenção. Outro ponto, ausência de regras claras e visíveis quanto a utilização das áreas comuns, como piscina, onde notamos muita sujeira ( latas de cerveja, pacotes de salgadinhos e outros) ao redor da piscina, deixando o espaço visualmente desagradável, havendo ainda a utilização de caixas de som, atrapalhando e incomodando todos os hóspedes. Por fim, gostaria de destacar que no último dia da hospedagem houve um incômodo pela manhã por parte de um funcionario, onde o mesmo tocou na porta cedo pedindo pra utilizar uma tomada (para ligar uma balança). Estávamos deitadas com roupas de dormir, e fomos incômodas. Nos sentimos invadidas, pois ele estava fazendo um serviço externo e não deveria existir esse tipo de pedido. O hotel precisa providenciar tomadas externas para não haver esse tipo de situação incomoda. Não gostamos.
