Very smelly bathroom, weak shower with heating problems, breakfast starts too late, room service only until 8:30 pm, they didn't give me a knife and fork when I asked for them. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work.

Pousada é super confortável, tem um lanchonete lá dentro onde serve almoço , lanches rápidos , pessoal da recepção super gente boa , ambiente limpo , único ponto negativo foi o banheiro que o vaso estava bem velho precisando de trocar , o quarto é bem apertado.

O hotel está "cansado". A estrutura precisa de uma reforma urgente. O quarto estava infestado por formigas e o banheiro se molhava todo após o banho. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente nunca mais. O café da manhã é bem limitado. Acredito que há opções melhores com preços semelhantes.

Pelas fotos esperava um pouco mais o quarto era pequeno só tinha um lençol e dois travesseiros disponíveis tive que pedir na recepção mais, alguns móveis do quarto e do banheiro estavam bem desgastados. Na noite que estive choveu bastante e entrou água no meu quarto, o banheiro possui um porta papel higiênico enorme na frente do vaso sanitário quem é grande bate a perna nada confortável sem contar que o vaso sanitário não era dos melhores, não tem secador jo banheiro e no café da manhã não tinha pão francês muitas opções doces e poucas salgadas.

Cafe da manha é servido tarde. Passeios na como trancoso e arrail vc precisa sair cedo ou fica horas na fila da balsa. As tvs do quarto 9 nao funcionava , acionamos a recepção que nao resolveu. Hotel nao possui telefone para atendimento ou anteceipar a reserva .

Ótima opção de Hotel em Porto Seguro, bem localizado, próximo aos melhores bares de praia da região. A equipe foi impecável desde a recepção até o Check-out. Todos muito atenciosos e ao mesmo tempo respeitando a nossa privacidade. Café da manhã excelente com variedades e boa qualidade.
