Somente permitiram o check-in exatamente às 14h, apesar de ter cercado uma hora antes. Durante o café da manhã não foram oferecidos os itens opcionais, como tapioca e omelete/ovo frito. Tirando isso, a estadia foi excelente, com quartos limpos, cama confortável e roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. O hotel é ótimo, somente faço as duas ressalvas acima mencionadas.

O hotel é bem localizado, a área comum atende bem e o serviço é bom. Porém, ficamos 2 noites hospedados. Em uma delas choveu forte e o banheiro ficou completamente inundado devido a um vazamento, o que inviabilizou o seu uso!

Quarto pequeno e sem tomadas

Quarto para dias pessoas, só tinha uma janela voltada pra um corredor, onde outros hóspedes passam, por isso a cortina só fica fechada. Apenas uma tomada em todo o quarto e uma no banheiro, banheiro esse minúsculo, mal dava pra virar ao sair do banho. A descarga do vaso sanitária muito fraca, praticamente não funciona. Pelo preço não compensou.

A pousada é simples mas tem uma localização ótima na principal rua de Porto Seguro bem próximo ao Mc Donalds, sorveteria coelhinho, banco do brasil e uma infinidade de lojas e restaurantes. O local parece seguro e considerei ser a melhor opção da região! Ótimo para ser um local com poucas diárias. Os quartos parecem estar passando por pequenas reformas. O local do café da manhã é simples mas atende bem as opções de um café! Pães, bolos, frios e frutas! A senhora que serve o café é extremamente simpática! Tem uma area externa com uma piscina de bom tamanho e um cantinho confortável e instagramavel!

A pousada é bonita e muito bem localizada. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos , em especial a Norma, responsável pelo café da manhã. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado estava pingando dentro do quarto e a água do chuveiro saía com um cheiro não muito agradável. No geral, achei uma experiência positiva e voltaria a me hospedar .
