Localização - 10 Funcionários - 10 Limpeza - 10 Café da Manhã - 5. Os produtos são de boa qualidade é ótimo sabor. A dificuldade está na reposição e o espaço para se tomar café. Como havia grupos em nossa estadia no hotel, mesmo com toda disposição dos funcionários da cozinha, não eram capazes de atender a demanda. O espaço limitado, também colaborou na nota.

Hotel em excelente localização, perto da passarela da cultura, restaurantes, lojas, shoppings, porto da balsa para Arraial D'Ajuda, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã muito variado e farto, quarto limpo, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e banho boas. Ponto negativo: o ar condicionado precisa de limpeza periódica pois entupiu o dreno e a agua encharcou a mala e tudo que estava dentro ( a bancada para colocação de malas era embaixo do ar condicionado).

Infraestrutura boa, cama e lençois de qualidade, uma piscina tamanho media, com uma área bonita ao redor, um bom cafe da manhã (horario razoavel 7h as 9h30). Bem localizado, perto de um pequeno shopping (Porto Plaza) e é possivel ir andando para Passarela do Alcool (15 min andando devagar) e tambem pegar a balsa (20 min +/-).
