Viagem no final do mes 09/2026 e início do mes 10/2026. O local é extremamente limpo, eu que sou alérgico a poeira e mofo não tive problemas nenhum. No entanto alguns apontamentos graves. Cheguei no local no dia e horario conforme fiz a reserva, conversei via App Hotéis.com alem do WhatsApp confirmei a reserva alem de ter feito a reserva com a opção de levar um Pet. Na minha chegada fiquei mais de horas na porta tentar fazer check-in e nao conseguia, Muita dificuldade em falar com o anfitrião Flavio, depois de muito tentar e fazer contato com o pessoal da Seazone ai que o Flávio começou a me responder e me disse que tentou falar comigo no dia anterior mas meus dados estavam errados. Se fosse dados errados meu cadastro no Hotéis.com nao daria certo e eu nao teria desde o começo conversado inclusive via WhatsApp com a central SEAZONE. Mas enfim depois de 2 horas deu certo. Viajei por mais de 11 horas levando meu cachorro, fiquei acomodado de domingo ate na quarta quando foi na quinta feira fui questionado pelo Flavio se eu tinha levado pet. Afirmei que sim. Ai ele me disse que nao podia, que eles nao recebiam, tive que tirar print de toda transação e conversa com a SEAZONE mostrando que minha reserva foi feita com a opcao pet, inclusive o valor com pet foi mais caro do que o preço normal, ai o Flavio me retornou falando que nao aceitava, mas resolvia com a Seazone. Alem disso ainda ficamos no apartamento mais de 24 horas sem água, ate banho teve que ser em outro AP. NAO RECOME
