Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests.

Ótimo custo benefício. O restaurante é rápido e tem bom preço, fácil acesso andando a passarela do álcool e as principais praias. Pegamos apenas uma fila de espera grande no café da manhã devido a lotação do hotel. Internet na região só vivo e o Wi-Fi tb não funcionava direito. De vc precisa trabalhar de lá e precisar da internet do hotel, eu não recomendo.

Prezados, Estive hospedada recentemente no hotel e gostaria de deixar registrado meu feedback. O quarto em que fiquei (519) era confortável e o atendimento da equipe foi cordial durante toda a estadia, o que valorizo bastante. No entanto, infelizmente, houve um episódio que comprometeu minha experiência. Em um dos dias, por volta das 8h da manhã, começaram obras ou manutenção em uma cabine ao lado do nosso quarto. O barulho de uma bomba d’água (ou algo similar) foi extremamente alto e incômodo, principalmente por se tratar de um horário muito cedo para quem está em um momento de descanso. Além disso, os profissionais responsáveis pela manutenção conversavam alto e, para piorar, utilizaram a cerca de madeira da nossa sacada como banco, se sentando nela. Ao abrir a cortina para entender o que acontecia, me deparei com quatro homens sentados na estrutura da nossa varanda – algo totalmente inadequado e invasivo. Entendo que manutenções são necessárias, mas acredito que a comunicação prévia com os hóspedes e o cuidado com a privacidade e estrutura dos quartos são essenciais para manter o padrão de conforto que o hotel propõe.
