This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

Friendly people. Beautiful places. It was difficult and extressfull to check in. They request personal information that I was not comfortable in sharing. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the information given was true and that they could share person information including Fotos to others. Check in on line was not possible without agreeing with such terms. Some of the hotel activities did not start on time or changed locations without common knowledge.

Fantastic location but not a five star hotel

Location is stunning but the rooms are dated and lacking in basic amenities you would expect in a five star hotel like water and toiletries. Also there was only one power socket in the entire room. The buffet restaurant was nice but the a la carte restaurant was a joke with very limited choice. As it’s affiliated with the water park it is understandably popular with families with young children so it’s not peaceful…..

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

Tudo muito bom, exceto a área refrigerada do restaurante, com aparelhos com fluxo de ar direcionado sobre às mesas. Quando solicitado o encarregado falou que nada podia fazer. Outra questão foi a proibição de expormos o nosso "banner" alusivo à comemoração de 45 anos de formatura, motivo do nosso encontro.

Péssima experiencia

Péssima estadia! Um dia o ar condicionado nao funcionou, no outro nao havia toalhas disponiveis na hora da limpeza e no outro nao havia agua quente. Para comprnsar me deram um late checkout e no dia praticamente me expulsaram do quarto alegamdo que o hóspede que ficari ali já estava no jotel. NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM!

Muito bom!! Facilidade para chegar é um diferencial! O hotel tem uma travessia propria de Porto Seguro, super conveniente! O fato do hotel ser numa península é muito bom, pois tudo fica perto e da uma segurança maior deixar as crianças sozinhas! O acesso gratis ao parque aquático é incrível também! Staff muitp atencioso e sempre prestativo! Achei a comida boa, mas não incrível..e o fato do hotel estar com algumas partes em reforma prejudicou um pouco a experiência, mas voltaremos com certeza! Excelente custo-benefício!!

Muito bom o hotel a paisagem camas confortáveis ficamos já nos ap com piso e banheiro reformando , o que poderia melhorar seria a comida não condiz com o local pricipalme te as carnes estavam secas tanto o peixe quanto a carne de gado muito passadas e falta de criatividade para elaborar pratos pois percebi que ingredientes tinham , falta um chefe a altura do hotel os pães do café da manhã também muito industrializados falta um pão de fermentação natural e pão de queijo quente e gostosos
