Very nice hotel located close to many shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again for sure. Only issue was we asked for a quiet room, but didn't get it. However, the location and amenities of hotel made up for it.

Hotel super well located to Trindade Station which has a direct metro line with the airport, but also downtown. Around it are also restos, cafes, supermarkets. Staff was great. The food in the resto was great. Breakfast was ok with varied choices, but not always fresh. Pictures for the premium bedroom did not reflect what I got. I greatly appreciated however being able to check in early. Overall, a great stay.

YOTEL boasts a prime location, directly opposite Trindade Metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Porto. It is within walking distance of Bolhão Market, ViaCatarina Shopping and Rua de Santa Catarina, with Ponte Luís I and the beautiful Douro River also accessible on foot. The hotel combines modern design with high-tech facilities, efficient cleaning and excellent housekeeping standards. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and always make you feel at ease. An added bonus is the 20% discount at Vela Restaurant, which makes dining at the hotel even more appealing. Overall, YOTEL is an excellent base for exploring Porto, offering a fantastic location, modern comforts and great service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the city!

The room was perfect for me and my friend on our trip to Porto. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room from a hair product and we were quickly given a new room right across from our original room. We really appreciate the staff here and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Porto!

We had a room on the 9th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were not happy with the loud music that was played at the rooftop bar until after midnight on Friday and Saturday. We would expect it to be quiet by 10:00 p.m.

Overall our stay was a pleasant experience. Hotel location was right near the metro, not 100% central but still within close proximity of the city. It was easy to walk around. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Unfortunately we went during a heat wave, the air conditioning wasn't strong enough and very inconsistent.
