We loved this hotel. The staff was top notch and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the breakfast daily which had a nice variety of food with quality ingredients. The room was very spacious and I loved the shower. The spa on site was also lovely after a long day with lots of walking. The area of the hotel has loads of restaurants that are walkable and I liked that it was outside of the super touristy area of the waterfront.

The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. The staff at check-in, for breakfast and room service were great. Our only bad experience was one evening at the rooftop bar where we had difficulty getting service and even finding someone to assist. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
