The Yeatman was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The team was great. It was our first time traveling with two kids under 3, and our room had two cots ready, with slippers, Yeatman teddy bears, shampoo and soap for kids, etc. For us, there was a small bottle of LBV port, chocolate truffles and Pasteis de Nata - a nice touch! The room was beautiful, with stunning views. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and they made us feel welcome despite our kids not being the most discreet. Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful property overlooking Gaia and Porto. Walking distance to dining and wine caves in Gaia, but be prepared for a long walk uphill back to the hotel!

Amazing Experience in Gaia

Could not have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of everything we needed. Room was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Will definitely be back.

Great splurge if you can do it

Amazing hotel, amazing views. Super comfortable rooms, the staff are top notch, hard to beat this hotel. The only drawback is you pay for it, lots. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, has caviar, eggs any way you want, lots of selections, but is exensive per person. Everything you can need is available, for a price.

This is an absolutely wonderful property. It could be a destination in itself! The grounds and views are beautiful! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is spectacular. Both Ruy (Reception) and Ana (Orangery) went above and beyond in assisting us. Everything was top notch!

Stunning hotel, all rooms have an amazing view. Very comfortable and spacious. Interesting design, we enjoyed the art and history. Both pools were fabulous. Sunday buffet was superb, evening food options on other days not so much due to lack of mid-range options. It is quite a strenuous walk across to Porto centre and back. Breakfast was excellent, both room service and main buffet.
