Everything was amazing, highly recommend. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super close to everything you need including parking options. Walkable distance to all sectors including historic neighborhood or ribiera. Will definitely come back here when we are back in Porto. Family of 4 with 2 kids of 5 and 3 yo.

The apartment was amazing. Even though it’s city center, it was noise proof. The bed was great. Everything was very clean. And guys at the reception were very helpful. Definitely would book for longer but there was no rooms available for longer stay

A wonderful and warm welcome and greeting by Leonor. Her English is excellent and made us feel very welcome. Later in the evening, there are a few - possibly homeless people around the street. They do not seem bad though and mind their own business. The Mercator do Balhão is just down the road. Amazing experience and great restaurants on then top level. The lower level has souvenirs and fresh seafood and wine-tasting stations.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to major landmarks and attractions. The hotel is very clean and there is a laundromat nearby (2 mins walk). The bathroom can use a better ventilator, it can get fogged up when you close the door completely when taking shower.

Spot Family apartments was in a great location. We could easily walk everywhere! The staff was fantastic too - went above and beyond with giving recommendations. The aparthotel was clean and and complete with whatever you may need.
