We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were nice although our shower was very small. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful modern hotel

Hotel very modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely room with a large terrace that got lots of sunshine. Could do with more drawers for clothes but that’s very minor.

Friendly staff, clean and pretty

We were in Porto for 3 nights I choose that hotel because it had many good reviews and I know why after check in. Staff was very friendly , rooms were clean and the location was ok. Breakfast was tasty too. Will use this hotel line in Barcelona and Madrid for sure 💪

Very nice boutique hotel with friendly staff

Very nice, clean and cosy boutique hotel centrally located with short walking distance to all. Very nice and polite staff. Will definitely come back next time we are in Porto. Breakfast was also very good. If this is your rate already you should book this too.

We were place on a room near their construction area so you could not really stay there long cause you can hear the ongoing construction. The AC and ventilation on the toilet is not working, in which i complaint about it twice and nothing happened.

We are a family of four , so paid for a family room. They practically refused earlier check in. The sofa bed for 2 was very uncomfortable. Mattress kept on slipping off at the edge . Three times we got hurt while walking around it due part of base hanging out . Cleaner didn’t understand English and unable to provide us with an electric iron. Only coffee provided in room and no tea . Made a big mistake and paid for the breakfast, limited variety. On day one , only orange juice provided with a highly acidic taste . Waitress spent her whole time chatting at the front desk instead of looking after guests in the dining room. She also did not welcome us and made us feel very uncomfortable.She made us feel that we shouldn’t be there .At the front desk, on day one early evening about 6:30 pm asked the front desk staff, where to visit and he advised not to visit the Ribeira as it would be full of tourists ?? Although I knew ,it was the best area to visit. Again he was at times abrupt. This is certainly not a four star hotel.

Building site nearby, lots of noise

This is a charming little hotel, beautifully decorated and in very good condition. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we were greeted with a leaking tap that flooded the bathroom floor and had to use our towels to mop up since a maintenance crew wasn’t available. The towels weren’t replaced until 5pm the following day. The biggest issue is the building site two doors down where they were inserting pilings during our stay which generated perpetual and incredibly loud banging sounds for long periods. I have to say that this isn’t the hotels fault and they were sympathetic to their customers. I had thought that they could have forewarned us but that’s effectively like saying “don’t come here” which would be to the detriment of their business. Had the staff not been so nice, this would have been a 2 due to the noise but it could easily have been a solid 4 without the disruption.

Average quality hotel in a not-so-nice area I thought. I had to wait on check-in as the room wasn't ready, even though it should have been by 3pm. I was a single female traveller and felt a little uneasy coming and going from the hotel on occasions in the rather run down top part of this famous shopping street. I wish I had booked somewhere better located. Positives-friendly guy with beard and glasses in the kitchen and the breakfast selection was very good. I felt the hotel literally had no soul, as staff were not as warm and welcoming as you would have hoped. I had booked a room with a terrace and the bedroom was so narrow you could hardly walk around the bottom of the beds. The terrace also overlooks the same street with some run down buildings and people working in offices, so hardly the glamour you perhaps seek. Really inconvenient that there was no computer for guests to use in emergencies. I ended up walking all over the city to try to find a computer to use-both public libraries were closed and I was lucky to meet a friendly Italian lady who let me use her Mac. This stress and waste of time could have been avoided if the hotel had had a computer for guests or a business "corner" available. Overall-very disappointed in my selection of this hotel for 3 nights.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with updated and nicely decorated rooms. We were three guests and the room had only 2 of everything (drinking glass, towel sets) and we had to request an additional set each day.

Ein sehr charmantes, nicht zu großes Hotel, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde! Zimmer und Bad sind außreichend groß und modern, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Ritual Produkte im Bad. Das Personal war immer äußerst freundlich und bemüht! Die Lage ist relativ zentral, aber auf der oberen Hälfte der bekannten "Rua Santa Catarina". Zu Fuß am Ende des Tages doch ein beschwerlicher 15 minutiger Weg nach oben von der Metrostation aus. Unbedingt Zimmer zum Hinterhof buchen, zur Hauptstraße kann es laut werden und ist für empfindliche Menschen schwierig. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Produkte beim Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung und ausreichend, aber nicht herausragend
